壽司刺身

移步往日式美食區,刺身約有四五款選擇,質素普通。唯一推介的油甘魚刺身,因選材近腩,厚切食感特別甘香肥美。至於壽司,單是賣相也難以吸引小編注意,有空間多作改善,寧可貴精不貴多。

熱食大盤

自助餐的熱食大盤約有十款選擇,因胃納關係,實在無力試勻所有美食。在冬日時節,臘味糯米飯及枝竹羊腩煲勻是合時食品,無獨有偶兩者也做得不錯,尤其是羊腩煲,既入味入腍身十分可口。

芝士流心火雞是應節食品,雖然火雞一向予小編肉質粗鞋的印象,但這件火雞卻做得遠比預期嫩滑,予人驚喜。
