The club is exclusive to members only. I am invited to this restaurant by my friend. So that I can enjoy the afternoon here. The restaurant has a patio where you can sit outside to enjoy the weather when its good.The tes set is about $68. It includes a little dish and a tea/coffee. Its a restaurant inside the HK country club. It serves member only so you can imagine its not busy at all. The waiters are attentive and friendly.Tea set one: Toasted Avocado with cheese on top. I went there with 7 others (including one holding the membership). It was Monday evening and the restaurant was almost empty.We stayed outside as the temperatures were fine and they even had some fan heaters. The staff speaks proper English (all of them, around 4 people took care of us).We ordered dishes to share, basically Chinese and Indian food, but the menu is enorme! The restaurant here is only accessible by members, so a family friend of mine brought us here. The restaurant overlooks the sea and has a very nice interior. You are greeted by the cake display and the food is really good! Especially the char siew, before we even glanced through the menu. 今次有幸得到同事既邀請 有機會到深水灣鄉村俱樂部食晏！呢個地方平時只係聽得多 但無諗過有日都可以踏足！個景靚到嘩一聲 成個地方好寫意 望住個靚景發呆都可以嘆半日呢到食多國菜 menu設計得好user friendly 有一頁頁既index方便你睇 我地要望靚景所以坐戶外 但怕凍既都唔驚 因為有毛氊可提供！呢到既中餐都多外國人黎食四個人叫左3道菜：炸子雞咬落個皮脆肉juicy! lunch食炸子雞感覺好豪華！好耐無見過炸子雞伴大蝦片了 唯一係蝦片淋左乳鴿鬆生菜包乳鴿鬆 食個陣可以點醬 除左乳鴿 其他材料好似有西芹粒 馬蹄粒咁 咕嚕肉茶餐廳都有既一道菜 咬落粉漿唔厚 肉炸得好乾身唔油膩 味道夠曬酸！

肥肥家族週日喺「花園廳」等緊位食晚飯時，發現俱樂部現正以半價售賣西餅！優惠只供外賣，而且有時間限制，週一至五為傍晚六點半後，週末及紅日則為晚上八時後。估計此舉乃惜食計劃也；廚房每天為會所內各餐廳新鮮焗製糕點，可能晚上剩餘甜點數量不少，故為減低浪費，晚市繁忙時間過後便以半價推廣。小肥同哥哥同屬甜牙滿腔及珍惜食物之人，眼見雪櫃內o既蛋糕極為吸引，當然係要鎖定目標，八點後外賣幾件返屋企食啦！原來我地八點三去買已經遲咗，因為XO仔想買嗰件Bitter Chocolate Cognac Square已賣清，幸好其餘兩款朱古力味甜品仲有貨。Banana Chocolate Mousse Cake（原價$30，半價優惠$15）：糕點以朱古力薄脆製成外殼，香甜脆口，入內o既香蕉味朱古力慕絲幼滑軟熟，暗藏清香，很是甜美！Chocolate Brownie（原價$16，半價優惠$8）：鄉村俱樂部個朱古力布朗尼軟硬適中，甜而不溜，早餐加配一杯凍鮮奶，個口同個心一樣咁甜，爽呀！「花園廳」晚上新推「Cake Time」，於限定時間外賣西餅一律半價，就連唔嗜甜品o既舅父同大肥爸爸都大讚超抵；哈，結果仲一人要咗件第

Garden Room 裝修後第一次黎。比起以前明顯地闊落左同光猛左；做得最靚都係出面草地旁邊Ｄ位。餐牌上既食物基本上冇乜唔同，不過味道就差好遠啦，直頭好似換左個廚咁：　魚香茄子煲：嘩，好咸呀！要用茶沖過先送倒飯，失敗！　咕嚕肉：平時好少叫，不過意外地幾好食。豬肉好鬆，味道甜酸適中，個汁又唔會槳住個口；媽咪話最緊要係佢Ｄ菠蘿夠甜。值得推介。　芥蘭牛肉：小弟最唔鍾意食既菜就係菜心同芥蘭，因為好容易苦；點知Country Club既芥蘭居然可以咁甜咁脆嫩，真係睇相都感覺倒。薄片既牛肉無論味道或肉質都冇乜野可以投訴。　咸蛋蒸肉餅：實在係太硬啦！個肉餅既形狀，厚度，色澤，味道，肉質，全部都出哂問題；單憑依味餸已經可以肯定個廚唔同左。　豆豉雞：招牌菜之一既豆豉雞都出事，真係唔可以相信。第一次因為太多水要比返佢再做過，不過第二次出黎個效果已經大打折扣。雞肉又嚡又咸，失望！　肉絲炒河：唯一能夠保持水準既舊菜式。

因為媽媽去左玩屋企冇飯開，我同老豆就揸車入黎Country Club食。兩個人叫左兩個餸一個甜品。　麻婆豆腐：送飯一流。辣辣地，食落又夠清，豆腐豬肉粒都好滑。正。　蒜香風沙骨：表面夠乾身，咬落豬肉有汁唔嚡，不過少心睇熱。同蒜香食味道剛剛好，極力推介。　Almond Pancake：我老豆次次黎親都要食既，因為熱辣辣好香，多汁，而且唔會太甜，大家真係要試下。

其實每個月都會黎Garden Room食一次飯，不過好少會記得帶埋個相機黎食，或者會諗起寫個食評。　我地屋企多數去Garden Room食因為比較casual，同埋有冷氣，weekend食完晚飯就返屋企睇電視。Country Club真係睇住我大，我地最欣賞係佢個咸蛋蒸肉餅，不過講真我細細個食嗰陣好食好多，可能係轉大廚師掛。環境衛生：Country Club久唔久就會裝修一次，所以所有家俬餐具都好新，好乾淨。Garden Room 既裝修好家庭feel，好舒服。Menu亦會成日轉，帶比客人新鮮感，唔會食到厭。服務：所有人都好友善。可能係會所既關係，所以所有人都係熟客，唔會有不平等既待遇。味道：　咸蛋蒸肉餅：我個人既favourite。一定要跟飯。佢個肉餅真係做到好鬆。雖然個樣未必似，不過肉身係好嫩，而且個味教得好好。推介一。　銀芽肉絲炒河：我媽咪既至愛，每次黎幾飽都要食。首先個河粉唔會炒到一舊舊，或者好似槳糊咁。個芡汁味道非常適中。肉絲真係有切，因為夠幼，唔會肉絲變肉片。推介二。　Monthly Special - 茄子豆腐卜煲：有少少意外，因為茄子比我既感覺係好油既，不過今次衣個煲唔
