To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喜出望外的午餐好耐已經無去元氣壽司了，何解？因為香港食野真係太多選擇 😂，闊別一年再嚟元氣，水準依舊唔錯，尤其是佢哋嘅招牌名物 : 軟殼蟹手卷真係無得輸，上枱時蟹身仍有微温，放進咀裡嗰種香脆口感簡直一試難忘，實屬每次必點嘅食物，正 !當然咁耐無嚟，梗係要食多幾款啦，蜆湯烏冬，赤海蝦壽司，超巨帆立貝花之盛，螃蟹湯 ...... 款式太多未能盡錄，大滿足的一天。另外一提，店員既服務態度幾好，好有禮貌服務亦好迅速，值得一讚。

當然咁耐無嚟，梗係要食多幾款啦，蜆湯烏冬，赤海蝦壽司，超巨帆立貝花之盛，螃蟹湯 ...... 款式太多未能盡錄，大滿足的一天。

另外一提，店員既服務態度幾好，好有禮貌服務亦好迅速，值得一讚。
