To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一件見元氣服務咁差，俾枱個阿姐全程唔知行咗去邊，我企咗門口喺度10分鐘佢先出返嚟，跟住話10分鐘之前叫我個冧把，唔肯俾枱我，我話明明寫住15分鐘之內可以補枱，我仲要10分鐘之前已經企咗喺門口，之後我明點解我聽唔到，佢用把蚊滋咁細嘅聲1分鐘之內叫咗20張枱，服務非常差。啲嘢食又唔熱。烏冬只係暖嘅，軟殼蟹等咗20分鐘，淋晒一啲都唔脆，收銀超冇禮貌，攞返張單泊車好似得罪佢咁全間舖頭都係阿姐，服務真心差，唔會再嚟幫襯
