To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

魚生刺身夠新鮮，每塊魚生刺身，都切得恰到好處,而且色澤鮮艷,每一口的刺身，鮮甜滋味在口中的味道，令人難忘。接下來的手握壽司同樣精緻,飽滿的米飯配合鮮嫩的海鮮，層次感分明,每一啖，都讓人驚喜。除了魚生刺身同手握壽司,其他菜式同樣出色。仲有牛肉烏冬,肉質鮮嫩，湯味道濃郁醇厚,烏冬有口感。最後,甜品也絕不能錯過啊，我最喜歡食朱古力泡芙,糖分恰當,為整頓飯，帶上一個完美的點綴。整體上，元氣壽司無論是刺身，手握壽司、炸物等等...每一道菜品都係精心製作,讓人回味無窮。我經常幫襯，美味佳餚，我推薦給大家🥰🥰🥰

元氣壽司一向很多人排隊，這間比較少人，而且時間尚早，所以不用排隊就有座位了。最喜歡元氣的軟殼蟹手卷，炸蝦卷，必食之選。這次嘗試了新的蟹肉蟹膏蒸蛋，比一般蒸蛋更鮮甜美味，值得一試。

元氣壽司🍣• 最近又有新款壽司推出囉～有豪快辣味三文魚、特大蟹柳天婦羅、珍寶吉列炸蝦、特大赤海蝦、凱撒海老玉子堡、珍寶螺片 及 珍寶柚子醬油平貝啦✨!!! 不過當天平貝售完，沒得吃啦～豪快辣味三文魚🧡，有肥美三文魚腩及辣味三文魚碎，層次豐富，辣得刺激。特大蟹柳天婦羅🦀，大大一條，口感一流。珍寶吉列炸蝦🍤，真的超大隻!!! 香脆可口，是我的最愛。特大赤海蝦🦐，蝦肉晶瑩剔透。凱撒海老玉子堡🥚，有濃濃的蛋香呢～
