To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

魚生刺身夠新鮮，每塊魚生刺身，都切得恰到好處,而且色澤鮮艷,每一口的刺身，鮮甜滋味在口中的味道，令人難忘。接下來的手握壽司同樣精緻,飽滿的米飯配合鮮嫩的海鮮，層次感分明,每一啖，都讓人驚喜。除了魚生刺身同手握壽司,其他菜式同樣出色。仲有牛肉烏冬,肉質鮮嫩，湯味道濃郁醇厚,烏冬有口感。最後,甜品也絕不能錯過啊，我最喜歡食朱古力泡芙,糖分恰當,為整頓飯，帶上一個完美的點綴。整體上，元氣壽司無論是刺身，手握壽司、炸物等等...每一道菜品都係精心製作,讓人回味無窮。我經常幫襯，美味佳餚，我推薦給大家🥰🥰🥰
