To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得的平日去元氣食壽司，當然揀食午餐之選,午餐包括沙律、牛肉烏冬、茶碗蒸、炸蝦卷、鰻魚壽司、火炙蟹柳壽司及火炙三文魚壽司，只需$85未計加一，如果冇特別想食的壽司的話，其實呢個套餐相當抵食又唔駛㨂。食物方面：牛肉烏冬嘅牛肉相對比較韌，但份量十足。沙律的菜都十分新鮮。其他項目不過不失，與平常食差不多。最重要套餐唔使煩惱揀啲咩壽司食，食一份一定會飽，不過只限平日，而且有些分店沒有提供，食的時候要留意餐牌。
