To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元氣新年出咗新款式的壽司，一於試吓新嘢今次試左第一彈既3款壽司第一款：豪華滿載三文魚子飯唔叫嚟食都唔知道咁有創意，要自己拎起圍着三文魚子嘅膠桶，等啲魚子散落到壽司上面，有得玩有得食，仲儀式感滿滿第二碟試嘅係北海道八爪魚軍艦，除咗八爪魚仲撈咗薯仔、黃椒入去，雖然味道較酸，但非常醒胃第三碟係炙燒喜之次，肉質有別於一般。魚生咬下去比較結實，有口感幾特別。總括來說，幾好吃。魚塊有用火炙過，看得出是經過一番功夫。
