To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日到Mikki 元氣食lunch, 剛開始食兩碟,有職員好似情緒唔穩定,系度執台的時候突然大力將D碗碟掉落個盤度,將之前座位D剩餘湯水彈到周圍都係,之後就走左。當時我右邊身衫褲和檯面D壽司食物和隔離一位女仔的身和食物都被彈到。之後要揮手叫其他職員過來,才有人協助幫手將D壽司換左。好差的體驗

周末晚,6點幾,去到mikiki,唔知食乜又怕等位,就去唔會點大傷元氣嘅元氣壽司。講迴轉,又壽司啷又鬥鮮,元氣都被搶唔少客,所以等位比從前快很多,5分鐘入得。壽司飯相對其他會細舊啲,啱我呢啲唔湊米氣人士。筋子呢啲必食,始終得佢有,此外嗌碗兒童烏冬,兒童成碗ko 哂。因心水係油甘魚,我特別鍾意佢新返嘅雙重厚切油甘魚配柚子醋果凍,兩塊呈十字疊面,油甘湯滑溜夠鮮,柚子醋果凍如果大滴啲會更帶出鮮味。另一驚喜係個火龍卷,即鰻魚牛油果卷,呢類卷喺第二啲壽司店都食過,但呢件鰻魚好香口同軟滑牛油果好襯。活赤貝三件裝食得出唔係雪藏,係劏開整隻新鮮赤貝分開三部分配落壽司飯。

呢間元氣係高速線,小朋友好鍾意睇住壽司搭車過嚟。叫咗好多壽司同手卷,大部份都中規中矩,今次就集中介紹我最鍾意嘅兩個菜式首先係三文魚頭湯,呢一個係每日限量嘅,湯十分之足料,有三文魚肉,蔥,仲有蘿蔔。蘿蔔吸收左三文魚頭湯嘅鮮味, 好好食。三文魚粥係念着三文魚頭骨嘅咁所以食嘅時候有啲麻煩。不過今次個魚皮有鱗片,處理得唔夠乾淨,之前都冇發生呢樣嘢,希望只係個別例子。元氣有幾款大蝦壽司,分別係原味,灳燒,海鹽,但係我都係最鍾意而家呢款。
