To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間元氣係高速線，小朋友好鍾意睇住壽司搭車過嚟。叫咗好多壽司同手卷，大部份都中規中矩，今次就集中介紹我最鍾意嘅兩個菜式首先係三文魚頭湯，呢一個係每日限量嘅，湯十分之足料，有三文魚肉，蔥，仲有蘿蔔。蘿蔔吸收左三文魚頭湯嘅鮮味， 好好食。三文魚粥係念着三文魚頭骨嘅咁所以食嘅時候有啲麻煩。不過今次個魚皮有鱗片，處理得唔夠乾淨，之前都冇發生呢樣嘢，希望只係個別例子。元氣有幾款大蝦壽司，分別係原味，灳燒，海鹽，但係我都係最鍾意而家呢款。
