After enjoying my lovely first plate, I decided ordering something I would like to try but not on the convey. Here I've ordered a plate of

Marvelous. octopus carried a nice washabi flavour. the ratio of that octopus too the rice is good

Fabulous! All that fish roe and sashimi give the natural seafoody flavour to the bottom rice roll. Avocado, cucumber, sesesmi together are making an authentic combo.

Long fin tuna sashimi literally melted in your mouth. It's iterally worth to try.

Ordinary chewable. cucumbers are not crisp enough. And doesn't have enough strong freshness flavour

我們一行四人,友人提出想食sushi,元氣App真是厲害! 只要是會員登入,完全可以輕易掌握輪候時間,知道取票下一號碼是什麼。入座時間約六點多,或許未到晚飯時間所以完全不用等。東涌元氣店的食物,其實跟其他分店並沒有太大分別,各款壽司、軍艦、卷物、沙律都平平,但根據經驗坐在點餐枱叫的食物較新鮮。每次必食的「元氣卷」,質素已經下降,味道不算新鮮,而包著卷外圍的三文魚都變得薄薄的,淡而無味。對我個人來說,最人氣就是軟殼蟹手卷,紫菜厚薄適中,包著金香軟綿綿的珍珠米是絕配,軟殼蟹容易咀嚼,而拿上手裹有微溫更是加分之作。重點想提是那個「日式燉蛋」,多年來都能夠保持水準,滑滑的水蛋帶點香菇味,內裡還有蟹柳絲和少許粉絲,味道可口。
