To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗元氣壽司，同朋友叫咗佢哋嘅特價雜錦刺身丼飯，$93有7、8款刺身鋪滿一整個丼飯，都幾足料！三文魚、甜蝦、吞拿魚，每塊刺身都算新鮮同厚切，入口帶有少少冰涼感，魚脂香味唔錯，仲有塊厚厚嘅玉子燒。雖然唔係頂級刺身質素，但呢個價錢，呢個份量，已經抵食。.另外個套餐仲包咗味噌湯同沙律，配埋一杯熱騰騰嘅綠茶，真係Relax！我哋坐係Bar枱，雖然唔係面對面，不過正因為咁，大家吹水都冇咁「壓力」，少咗對視反而更自然，啱哂中午輕鬆傾吓計嘅節奏。.呢道係親民平實，如果大家唔介意唔係超高級壽司體驗，呢度嘅套餐絕對係一個Lunch時間嘅好選擇！

我一直都係依一間壽司店的會員，咁啱早排收到message話要續期,所以同埋屋企人一齊喺度食返餐認真講依間壽司店嘅食物選擇並不不算超級多,不過勝在佢嘅配搭都非常之唔錯因為每次食飯都會同兩個小朋友一齊去,所以佢哋架餐牌總有一些適合一家大細去吃的食物,例如炸薯條,牛肉烏冬,蝦壽司，魚子壽司 蒸蛋 以上的食物都係小朋友最愛另外除此之外,我同太太都鍾意食帶子壽司,三文魚腩壽司另外我都喜愛佢哋個啤酒有陣時食嘢就係想一家人一齊食,各自鍾意嘅嘢食一齊食都係一個好選擇所以時間去開，我都會經常過去食,讚

今日食呢一個元氣壽司🙈原來呢一間餐廳下午會推出午市套餐，有幾件壽司再加茶碗蒸或者烏冬，另外可以加錢配搭手卷或者不同嘅小食！我就揀咗炸雞做小食，炸雞係日本嘅傳統炸雞味道非常好食，加少少七味粉仲更加正🙈🙈 壽司嚟講，我就覺得都唔俾其他餐廳差，中等以上嘅水平啦🙈🙈 北寄貝沙律好少餐廳有得食，我就幾鍾意食呢一個北寄貝沙律壽司，我覺得幾開胃🙈🙈 最後除咗套餐壽司之外，我當自己加多咗一碟🙈🙈 成個set我覺得價錢都唔係好貴，同埋都食得飽最主要🙈🙈

My mom and I went to eat at GENKI for lunch, it was only 11am at that time so it had just opened. When we were seated, we smelt an unpleasant smell.We were looking at the menu when we saw a new menu item. I loved ice cream so I decided to try it.When it came, I was very pleased at the looks of it. It looked delicious!When I tried to scoop it out, it was rock hard. I had to stab a fork in it and eat it. The ice cream tasted very bland with little to no taste. But at least the pistachios tasted good.Overall, I feel like GENKI should just stick to making sushi instead of making limited edition menu items, 5/10 at best.

Genki Sushi🌟連鎖壽司店😋💠💠💠💠💠💠💠💠唔知想食咩，但又想食壽司，通常都會去元氣壽司~ 快靚正！🙈今日lunch大概1:10pm先到，唔洗等位，即時有位~ 掃QR code落單，野食好快就到！💠牛肉烏冬配壽司定食 ($85)💠前菜 - 蟹柳蟹子沙律💠牛肉烏冬💠日式海鮮茶碗蒸💠雜錦壽司 - 炙燒珍寶皇帝蟹柳壽司、炙燒大切三文魚腩壽司、蒲燒鰻魚壽司、炸蝦卷💠辣味三文魚壽司 ($19)質素好，不過略嫌牛肉比較un, 同味精重@@ 而且個餐真係分量好多，如果食量細，可以揀另一個set~🙈🙈餐廳環境：🩵🩵🩵/5 服務質素：🌸🌸🌸/5 食物味道：😋😋😋/5 性價比：💰💰💰/5 (一人 $114.4連加一)
