炒燒賣比較少見見依間食神有,抽起條筋就去試下Keep住有條隊喺度排由隊尾排到落得Order都要3-4個字排到去發現原來係網上推介😂欣賞嘅係有個鐵板喺度,師傅真係即叫即整係好有鑊氣同炒得幾香嘅。叫左個【食神爆炒燒賣】($48)見到係落完order,就掉左啲燒賣落去炸炸完師傅再拎出黎炒一炒。望落去係幾ok,好似大排檔啲鑊氣小菜咁多配料嘅洋葱蒜粒蔥重有炸豆腐。不過食落真係差啲😵‍💫燒賣佢切左一半食落唔係粉不過又唔彈口麻麻地同埋太重口味太咸,食到尾有幾下覺得咸到苦結果食唔曬要掉而且都好多油少少浸住咁😵‍💫唔會再食 continue reading

來到銅鑼灣呢個美食天堂,梗係要去搵啲好嘢食啦!一出銅鑼灣 F 出口,轉頭見到 chanel,跟住喺左邊嗰條街右轉,行大概 50m,就可以見到呢間​店內嘅裝修雖然唔算豪華,但充滿住一種親切嘅市井味道再講返個食物,真係正到痹!首先要講下佢哋嗰個炒腸粉,一上台,陣陣香辣味已經撲鼻而來,真係香到人流口水。夾起一啖放入口,腸粉滑溜溜,而且吸收晒辣椒嘅香辣味道,,嗰種香辣刺激住味蕾。不過要提醒唔食得辣嘅朋友,呢個炒腸粉真係好辣,千祈唔好輕易挑戰呀,唔係隨時會被辣到「喊出嚟」!​除咗炒腸粉,沙嗲雞肉都係必試嘅招牌菜之一。雞肉嘅質感嫩滑多汁,沙嗲嘅微辣同鮮香完美融合,真係好食到停唔到口!! continue reading

從未食過咁難食的街邊小吃!又是一間被社交媒體網站吹捧的打卡店,大家有理冇理睇完社交媒體網站就去打卡,食物不是一般般,以是難食!叫咗煎釀三寶,魚肉全是粉漿!完全食唔落口!試咗街邊燒賣,完全冇魚肉味、又是粉漿!豉油又唔好食!跟住試咗街邊腸粉、其實街邊腸粉好難唔好食,都係靠醬料,但甜醬、花生醬、豉油咁基本嘅醬料都一啲唔好味,超失望!腸粉唔滑!整體試咗三樣嘢,三樣嘢都好似食緊粉漿!以咁嘅價錢、咁嘅質素真係唔會再幫襯! continue reading
