早前見到網上推銷這間麵家,標榜用本地麵廠生產嘅麵,剛好路過銅鑼灣便入去試下。當日係星期六接近下午一點,麵家依然有許多座位,只有我一人,店員便示意我坐吧台位置。掃了QR code後,因為我想揀三個食材配料,但要搵了一陣,好不容易先搵到三拼麵嘅選項(注意:枱上嘅餐牌係無三拼麵呢個選擇),然後就揀咗秘制慢煮牛腩、牛筋、墨魚丸和幼麵,湯底就揀大地魚雞白湯。坦白說,係有點失望,秘制慢煮牛腩嘅肉係好韌而且無味,亦根本無法咬爛,要整塊吞入口,差D梗親,其實餐廳本身識唔識煮牛腩?另外,餐廳係孤寒到連一杯茶或水都無俾客人,就係想你幫儭佢買汽水和豆漿,但啲豆漿唔係新鮮整,亦無熱豆漿供應,因為係膠樽裝。以呢個價錢、食物質素和選擇,我寧願去番附近麥奀記食正宗嘅雲吞麵和牛腩麵,起碼人地啲牛腩係入味啲和易食,同埋有新鮮豆漿飲。 continue reading

今日係銅鑼灣食左間港式粉麵,同一般既粉麵鋪頭好唔同,呢到感覺乾淨企理!招牌櫻花蝦雲吞魚蛋面店員話呢到既雲吞係新鮮每日即包! 上台時見到雲吞係平時既3-4倍咁大,入面有原隻蝦,加埋豬肉餡,皮薄餡靚,好鮮味。面款可以自己簡,睇番餐牌介紹見到麵係用左由50年老字號永樂,而河粉就係用有70年歷史既雙喜,我自已簡左幼面,完全冇鹼水味,反面有蛋香味而且爽口彈牙! 仲聽到隔離台食客話河粉好食!湯底係用左每日熬煮左最少8個鐘既雞白湯, 飲落唔會咸,但好清甜,直情飲曬個湯底都唔會口渴個種。秘制慢煮牛腩撈面 呢到既慢煮牛腩都係佢地自家炆,可以簡肥D或瘦D! 牛腩炆到好軟淋又入味。呢款就簡左大地魚雞白湯,好鮮甜,湯底濃郁到係feel到少少漿住嘴既感覺,好足料又豐富既味道。而家做緊promo,follow佢地社交平台就會送香脆魚皮,魚皮好脆! 感覺呢間小店好有誠意,用創新手法做香港傳統式粉面,值得欣賞! continue reading
