知道依間食店已經兩三年多,但一直冇試過,今次專登去試下,店舖裝修同餐牌食物種類比較簡單,品種不多!好快我點了廚師推介一號"招牌海苔窩燒墨魚餅煎蛋飯"$50,點了一會就上枱,墨魚餅飯賣相很不錯,炸到金黃色的墨魚餅非常厚大上面仲有啲海苔絲,旁邊白飯上放了煎得不錯的太陽蛋,雖然簡單但令人非常想食!墨魚餅炸到非常金黃做到外脆而內裡墨魚肉餅就十分彈牙的質感味道亦非常討好,如果佢係一碟小菜我諗我一定可以食三四塊,另外墨魚餅配白飯同太陽蛋再加上每張枱上也放了一枝的祕製豉油,簡直係絕配,令我響短短成間就K.O曬成個飯

先講個咖喱飯,啲咖喱汁.......又唔咖哩又唔好味,最慘佢碗餸全部墊晒晒係底,剪碎埋得果3-4件扒,d汁少到喊,叫得咖喱飯緊係想拎d咖喱汁撈飯啦,於是叫佢比多少少咖喱汁俾我哋,第一個侍應聽完無理我,第二個聽完話要加錢!宜家d 咖哩汁好貴咩?

個方魚肉碎泡飯,我唔知大家有冇食個出邊正式嘅「方魚肉碎泡飯」既方魚,呢道既方魚我真係笑左!原來切到舊魚正方形就當「方魚肉碎泡飯」,舊魚仲要好重魚腥味!

碟油菜.....4條菜心......多謝你!

下什茶經過素聞呢間大角咀既墨魚餅出名所以試下下什茶時間少人, 所以好快坐低叫左個墨魚餅飯左邊係有一塊厚厚既麥魚餅,魚餅出面炸既厚度剛好, 入面熱辣辣墨魚香味,充滿彈牙既口感,而我幾欣賞上面鋪左既紫菜絲同魚餅既味道match另外,右邊飯不多,大胃王應該不夠, 上面既太陽蛋煎得不錯。剛剛熟,用蛋汁黎撈飯,再配合左邊既魚餅,不錯,順帶一講,如果嫌味道吾夠,可以點在枱面上既豉油。落幾多自己決定

第一次來食緊係嗌招牌菜啦...講得咁西利點可以唔試呢...

不過食落口, 個墨魚餅都唔香脆, 都唔彈牙...同埋油份幾高...

所以我疑惑...到底它出名在哪裡?? 哪裡有驚喜???

那隻半生熟的雞蛋還可以...就跟自己平時在家裡煎的差不多...

好彩墨魚餅都有少量配料...爽口的馬啼粒&荀粒...

但如果配料份量多d既話會更有口感同埋可以減輕油淋淋的感覺...

總之一句講哂...真係名過於實...我諗極唔明佢有乜咁特別好食?

嘩...個湯先經典...係送既~~ 叫做紫菜白胡濃魚骨湯 咁上下啦...

我sip左一啖...即lur...咸到....仲咸過鹽水...到底發生咩事??!!

然後完全放棄左...我朋友又試飲一啖...佢都頂唔順...最後成碗冇郁過...

The lady who took our order was all smiles at first, but we witnessed how fierce she could be if you pissed her off. 


Taste & Value:
My colleague recommened the House Special Seaweed & Fried Squid Cake W/Rice ($48),which both my sister & I got. 
The order comes with soup, a hot drink or a cold drink for $2 more. I got a Hot Milk Tea, which was okay. It was quite strong, but had a bit too much evaporated milk.

Nothing fancy, but this dish was simply delicious. 
 It was made to order, so the squid cake was hot and very crispy. The squid cake had actual fresh squid in it, along with some carrots; making it a bit healthier.  The big chunks of squid were fresh and chewy, and unlike squid cakes at other places, where there is more flour than anything. Also, the seaweed on top just added to the deliciousness even more.

On top of the rice was an egg sunny side up. A bottle of sweet soy sauce is placed on the table, so I put some on the egg and rice. Of course it went well.

Final Verdict:
I am so glad I visited this place, as I have never had such a fresh and delicious squid cake before. I highly recommend it.

有一段日子沒有來神廚館了, 是晚在附近出席活動, 完結後也要找點吃的, 就來這裡吃過簡便的晚餐吧. 來了那麼多次, 吃的還是招牌作吧.招牌海苔窩燒墨魚餅飯 $48: 8分, 當然要繼續吃招牌海苔窩燒墨魚餅飯, 份量還是相當對辦, 墨魚餅是幾乾身的, 質感令人滿意, 配上海苔同吃, 出色. 文迪要吃熟一點的蛋, 那當然沒有甚麼蛋汁, 但正因如此, 飯會是比較寡, 好像要用豉油去撈吧. 當然, 單計墨魚餅, 還是有水準的.美極香煎薄牛扒飯 $45: 8分, 至於另外一客招牌作就是美極香煎薄牛扒飯, 最吸引的當然是那醬汁, 超級惹味, 很好下飯, 教人是單吃白飯也很滿足. 當然, 薄牛扒是煎得幾香口, 肉質尚算可以, $45一客, 當然是不能有太高的要求了.每客飯還包括餐飲, 我要了凍檸茶, 茶味不俗呢.神廚館的兩款招牌海苔窩燒墨魚餅飯以及美極香煎薄牛扒飯還是令人滿足的, 人在附近, 想不到吃甚麼的話, 又會回來這裡, 吃著那熟悉而美味的味道.

墨魚餅泛著淡淡的金黃色澤,遠看米飯上的太陽蛋,蛋黃挺身,新鮮的標誌!

一咬墨魚餅,嘴巴便變得複雜起來了!入口酥香、輕鹹中帶著清甜,豐富的墨魚粒,頓時在齒脥中跳動,彈性與墨魚鮮香同樣出色。足料的墨魚餅,果然令人一試傾心!

老公與我將每口米飯混合墨魚餅與太陽蛋,瞬間口中盡是美味!從前太陽蛋、豉油和白飯,三者就是不可或缺的配搭,但一旦添了墨魚餅,情況便有所改變。但當吃清了碟子上的食物後,我們才發現竟沒有加入一滴豉油,真是不可思議!

神廚館格局像小型的茶餐廳,但整潔、明亮的環境,與及餐廳內各侍應的溫文態度,還有非一般茶餐廳的粗枝大葉的食物賣相,確與普通的茶餐廳有著天與地的分別。

灶君是古時掌管廚房和飲食的神,但我倒覺得神廚館的神是出自廚師細緻的手藝,愜意的用餐環境、有禮的侍應等,這些都為神廚館型造出優秀的神與格。不是安放了灶君,便可輕易達到的!

這次吃過神廚館招牌菜叫做還了心願,那件窩燒墨魚餅如今依然令筆者回味,唯一看餐牌價錢昃偏離普遍茶餐廳價格,眼見一客炸薯條不包飲品都要索價22元,單點一份墨魚餅又要38元,自問是星斗市民的我只能偶爾再訪,想深一層,全港大部份食肆不是在新年後明正言順或悄悄地加價嘛? 要找平食不如索性自家製好了。

神奇的是墨魚餅沒因為被外賣盒困住而變不脆 
外皮依然香脆 又不太油膩 讓人停不下來
可是下面的菜不太熟。。。

之前沒吃過所以不知他到底有沒有退步 但個人認為50幾塊挺貴的 。。。
