午餐同屋企尼飲菜,16個人分左兩圍坐,叫左二十幾碟點心同餸,有燒賣,蝦餃,流沙包特,食到好飽,咁多個人都食唔晒飯呀麵呀的份量好大,點心一般好食,正正常常,冇咩特別,上菜速度都算快,而且上到枱都仲係熱辣辣。大大碟的麵,就算我果枱8個人都食唔晒,唔係因為唔好食,而係因為碟麵有點油,本身食點心已經食到好飽,所以食麵食左一碗已經覺得好膩,食唔落。但個麵係好食,煮得剛好,唔會太腍,都仲可以咬下,而且肉絲份量多,又唔韌。所以其實足料好食,不過只係有點膩

飯呀麵呀的份量好大

好似。。。好似涼左少少。。。。好似開始要打邊爐秋天要潤下既,椰子底既湯底,不用多講,夠白,夠香,夠料叫左碟蠔,見都好似有沖過下,因為不太黑,有良心丫。而且怕食客擺得耐而加冰底,夠細心!另有叫D來來去去都會叫既邊爐野。。。。特別要論下魚皮,因為平閩食既魚皮好多時都硬但不脆,而呢個炸魚皮係脆既,但擔心本身處理時未當熟食處理,有D生野滴左落去,所以我都係過一過湯,兩秒都好丫。餃子應該係自家野,皮薄夠內涵。碟牛真係望到就已經快手夾來滾兩下放入口,沒有根的,所以好滑好嫩,真係好好味!蝦滑真係好多蝦,不是加入大量粉,而是真正用蝦打成的,非常足料回味中!

最後瑤柱珍珠雞都幾值得一試,因為珍珠雞同瑤柱既配答不錯,瑤柱同飯混合一齊有特別既口感,又香又好食!

天氣凍就特別想打邊爐,但可惜星期五晚有好多火鍋店都full晒,但呢間可2030後入座,我地2030前已經到,等到2100有枱。揀左蕃茄薯仔牛粒湯底同其他一般火鍋料,如本地肥牛,四寶丸咁,一叫就到咁滯,可惜個大肥牛輕輕煮下都好鞋,第一次打邊爐唔想食肥牛,其他火鍋料都係一般啦!不過價錢唔算平,'加拿大'長城午餐肉正頭要$128蚊,好似有D唔合理囉

下午茶時段, 但無下午茶價錢, 就是聽聞其水準不錯, 縱使貴些少, 也要試一試. 嘗過後, 的確是水準好, 但價錢略高, 下午茶時段, 一碗小型盅頭飯大小的蒸飯, 加上五籠只有"一半份量"的點心, 每人一百元, 這樣的價格, 實在有太多選擇了. 很多點心都有可以半份落單, 四十多元一籠的蝦餃, 半份即是廿多元, 比利苑的還要貴, 水準也不差, 而且內裡的蝦仁和筍都有咬口, 蝦餃皮也做得夠煙韌, 唯略為厚了一點. 芝士春卷, 又是半份, 即炸, 梗好味! 芝士未算是溶漿式, 但都合格有餘.忘記了名稱, 類似甚麼...松茸餃之類, 是素食, 皮薄餡足, 味道都好.炸雲吞, 一般酒樓貨式, 合格水平以上, 滿意.梅菜义燒腸粉, 加了兩條靚菜心, 真的是"靚", 入口爽甜, 腸粉皮做得薄, 而且煙韌度高, 也是高水準貨色.鳳爪排骨飯, 以最小型的瓦煲上檯...是常識吧... 也是滿意之至, 大部份的一字排切開, 鳳爪完好無缺, 飯身粒粒分明, 不過淋, 不過硬.
