香港有千千萬萬的美食,也有很多不同國籍的人聚集在香港,然而最能吃到香港特色的菜就是粵菜了,今日到金雀會一嚐粵菜滋味食材可能有季節或購買或時令限制,建議先打電話詢問菜色!1.䜴油雞想不到有近雞胸地方到肉竟然一點也不柴,肉質鮮嫩多汁,非常入味,醬汁鹹甜可口,雞也不會太肥,符合現代人怕肥的需求。2.酥炸小烏頭其實這邊小烏頭的個頭不小,以整條炸魚來說算大支了,一般都是細細條的多春魚才會連骨一起吃,以這樣大小來說竟然連骨頭都炸的酥脆能吞。3.蓮藕燜豬手豬手皮爽柔軟,筋也燉的軟爛,蓮藕也是燉到很軟爛一下子就被搶光了。
