長洲朋友介紹金冠大酒樓,夠晒老字號又多手工菜,難得遠行入到長洲就黎食個下午茶先😋下午茶有唔同既特價小菜及小食,當時大約三點,有啲已經售罄,我地就揀左兩款黎試下蓮藕餅同想像中有出入,好少蓮藕,好多粉,都幾煙韌既,熱辣辣煎到個面脆脆地點心質素就達標,叫左最基本既蝦餃,燒賣同鳳爪,蝦餃同燒賣都大大粒好足料同多汁,正🤤🤤🤤鳳爪正常份量同味道,亦唔會染到好紅下次再去都係叫返點心穩陣,或者可以試下晚市既撚手小菜😊

住了一晚長洲之後,一早起來,食早餐是一個必定的節目。島上,茶餐廳有許多,找地方食早餐確實是半點也不用煩。但,說要找點特色同文青味的地方,一大清早就未必會開門了。那天,一早趕了兩個小朋友起床,我問他們有沒有興趣飲茶食點心,兩個都 Yeah 了之後,我們就決定來到島上最顯眼的酒樓《金冠大酒樓》飲早茶。這一間《金冠大酒樓》,樓高四層 (用餐的地方至少佔兩層)。在星期六的早上9:30 左右入到來,已經是要等位的啊。不設門外等位,我們就像舊時一樣,在一些似乎已經食飽的茶客旁,等位。等了15分鐘,終於有位了,果真是 "長洲賓客人數多"。開了點心卡後,我同阿仔就急不及待,去點心車找點心。對,是點心車,在香港,已經買少見少了。我常說要帶兒子去一些仍有推車仔點心的地方飲茶。但始終都係得個講字,沒想到,我們竟然在長洲遇見。茶樓不大,而且分兩層,有一兩次為了追點心,我要跑落一層去找。《金冠大酒樓》並不是什麼頂尖兒的酒樓,所以點心的品質同款式都是很街坊 style。而街坊 style的飲茶,最受大家歡迎的一定是燒賣同蝦餃。在點心車拿到的燒賣同蝦餃,都是大大件的,而大件夾抵食就是人人都喜歡的口號。再加上味道算是

《金冠大酒樓》並不是什麼頂尖兒的酒樓,所以點心的品質同款式都是很街坊 style。而街坊 style的飲茶,最受大家歡迎的一定是燒賣同蝦餃。在點心車拿到的燒賣同蝦餃,都是大大件的,而大件夾抵食就是人人都喜歡的口號。再加上味道算是不錯,大家都很滿意。

另一個飲茶必叫的點心,就是鳳爪了。豉汁鳳爪,又腍又香又入味。少少的辣感,香軟鬆化的皮。味道更是滲到入骨內。我一個人食晒一籠。

很可惜,找極也找不到素食的咸點。啱太太食的,就只有甜的東西,而其中的一樣就是馬拉糕。色水好深的馬拉糕,應該是用上了黑片糖去製作,夠甜,而且甜得很溫和,拿到了邊角位的一件,味道更是濃郁。

另一個甜點,是已經很少見的沙翁。向來,我都覺得沙翁同冬甩是大同的東西。中式的特別在口感較為鬆化,而且最外的一層是脆脆的。食用是再加上了許多的砂糖,甜美可口。

黑色的芝麻卷啊,是我同太太都久違了的菲林卷啊。見到此物,大家都忍不住,一定要叫一份才開心。味道的確是小時候的味道,但也許酒樓的師父失手了,芝麻卷顯得有點立癡癡,夾起來的感覺就有少少不爽。

最後添置的一個點心就是雞蛋煎年糕。是兒子走去煎點的點心車自行叫的。年糕沾上雞蛋汁去煎,不會癡埋一舊舊,而且吃起來既脆、既甜又有蛋香。後來才知道,原來煎糕個車仔係由樓面經理負責的。

有懷舊的感覺,也有街坊的感覺,再加上食物的表現不俗。長洲 Staycation 完的一個早上,等下位飲茶食點心係一件樂事啊。再者,晚上若果在街市買了海鮮,在這酒樓加工,應該也會價錢合理的。

道教八仙的 「鐵拐李」 寶誕,又咁啱係 「張保仔」 建功紀念日,我就去長洲親下熱鬧。去到長洲食乜好,唔使問阿貴梗係食海鮮啦,開港都有話靠山食山,靠水食水嘛。唔通學啲花仔花妹咁樣,入到長洲去cafe,又食糯米糍咩,啲花靚仔花靚妹先會做呢啲嘢,我哋呢啲60後嘅傳統人梗係食海鮮啦。總有人會問道究竟長洲邊間海鮮酒家好食,計我話其實間間水準都唔錯,食海鮮只要啲海鮮新鮮就一定好食, 而且嗰度啲廚師個個都煮慣海鮮,唔會差得去邊嘅。等我講下果日食咗啲乜避風塘瀨尿蝦, 係斷兩計而且一啲都唔平,但係就好新鮮,炸到外脆內軟,好鮮味又好惹味。白灼蝦, 都係斷兩去計,白灼蝦原汁原味超級鮮味,點少少辣椒豉油食,正到冇朋友。上湯浸青菜,簡簡單單,叫做有啲蔬菜食下,咁樣囉。豉椒炒蜆,勁夠鑊氣,隻隻蜆都冇沙,炒得好正好好味,唔係市區嗰啲大排檔或者酒家可以比,呢啲先係小島應該有嘅嘢。所以話呢,去長洲一定要食海鮮。

這間酒樓在長洲,也是第一次來,有三層,好大呀,2點幾已經幾乎冇點心食,都好多食客的,點心全部放係出面自己取,不過已經得番好少選擇。馬拉糕都算軟身的,唔太甜,都ok呀!燒賣也是幾好食的,有杞子的,又有蝦的,唔算好肥的。鴨腳扎都正常,入面有芋頭,肉,腐皮都淋身,味道ok的。三色糕,眉豆,紅豆,鷹嘴豆,好多豆,成件也是豆,好豐富口感,好味呀欖菜炒飯,也幾大碟,乾身,料也多的,雞蛋,欖菜,肉碎,菜粒,好味道。
