估唔到荃灣有一間幾抵食嘅泰國菜,有午市套餐,都係五六十蚊包嘢飲,下午茶就四十幾,無論係炒嘢、咖喱、麵都有齊就算我叫一個海南雞粉麵,以為去頹清湯,點知個湯勁清甜,勁鮮味, 冇諗過清湯都可以咁好飲!而海南雞竟然另上俾埋個汁,平時都係海南雞擺落碗麵就算,分開上真係勁有誠意其他炒嘢好似炒河都好夠鑊氣,咖喱又夠惹味,所以已經幫襯咗幾次,嚟緊都會再食唯一唔好就係奶茶要加錢😖

濕炒海鮮河粉
食得多金邊粉就想試吓其他類型嘅泰式炒麵,所以今次叫咗個濕炒河。濕炒即係會有芡汁,所以食落會比較濕潤。海鮮有蝦、魷魚、青口,再加埋蔬菜蘑菇一齊炒,河粉份量十分多,非常飽肚。

同行朋友唔係好食得辣,所以覺得呢個豬頸肉沙律係比較辣,但我食開小辣就覺得還好。豬頸肉份量都幾多,包咗好多塊之後都仲有剩,所以可以貪心啲一塊生菜包兩舊豬頸肉😆 豬頸肉燒過,所以食落好香唔會好韌,再配埋酸酸甜甜嘅青瓜洋蔥嚟食,可以解除豬頸肉嘅肥膩,食落會清爽得多。

後面傾偈得知整家餐廳連服務員基本都系正宗泰國人😍廚房更系由泰國師傅負責,雖然香港部分材料買唔到,不過仲系盡量仲原泰國風味,特別個炒飯真係好良心,雖然椰子殼上好睇,不過量少,多一個工序等我哋都可以吃飽飽😋
