The place was fairly busy and it was hard to find a table. I ordered the bbq duck with rice noodles. At the front of the restaurant, the duck hung on hooks and were dripping in oil and looked moist enough. When it arrived to me, it was dry and tough. Noodles were bland. I suppose I should appreciate they didn't add enough MSG? $18 without a drink. I added a ice lemon tea for $7.

Boyfriend ordered fried chicken thigh with fruit salad. Salad just tasted sour and was bit wet. The fruit was canned as expected. It was odd they added nata de coco. The chicken was also dry and tough. His set included a drink was a total of $26.

約了友人見下面,純粹的hea 下,所以都無要求餐廳的層次,但這真的唔可以屋邨餐廳都係o r d e r 一啲惹味小菜啦,今次我地orde r 了4個菜:甜酸魚柳,椒鹽豬排,肉絲炒銀芽,紅燒豆腐。甜酸魚柳:魚柳是急凍的,內面仍然是硬崩崩,又有陣雪味,價值$48。椒鹽豬排:炸到黑色一舊炭咁,入面又未熟,明顯未解凍就炸,$48。肉絲炒銀芽:肉絲即係火腿,成碟完全唔可以用“炒”字形容,應該用油浸,成碟油,跟本食唔落。最過份係上菜時有一小部分跌到侍應的手上,侍應完全沒有反應,仍然照舊將菜上台,最後那一小部分跌落台上。這碟被油浸及受到污染的小菜$48紅燒豆腐:用了蠔油汁,但一啲味都無。最可惡係一罐可樂要$15, 入面有金的嗎?這間餐廳其實有無廚師呢?我唔要求半島質素,但最其本,食物應該係熟都做唔到?不是吧

驚訝在OPENRICE金龍泉是如此低分...因為它的燒味飯確實很好食....有一段時間很喜歡食燒味飯....喜歡它大大碟...啖啖肉...而且很平....這里的X燒恰到好處,飯汁很棒,很香易入口,很容易令人不小心就會把整碟飯食完.因為之後食過幾間燒味飯店,質素都比這間差...(包括太興又貴又吾好食,有次叫個蝦,完全無味的,印象難忘土瓜灣聯兄比較好,起碼燒味大大件,但都沒有這里好食)所以有時去開青衣都會再來食燒味飯,一再回味

入戲院前,先找個地方吃些小食,免得肚皮在打鼓。要了份炸髀沙律,不一會便送上。小小的一隻髀,雞皮沒有炸得香脆,好彩肉不會太乾,但不香口的炸髀,怎樣也稱不上美味。話明要配沙律,見張單都係寫沙律,送來的卻是薯條,真係吹漲。算吧!不換了,沾些茄汁把它吃掉。對於這些沒有薯香的出品,其實提不起興趣的。傾傾吓食食下,又忘記了時間,差點兒趕唔切入場。大口把凍檸樂飲完,一肚氣的趕路。

有時除了會弄一些涼菜作為打稿的小吃外,最近發覺原來小時候唔喜歡吃,但卻是唔錯的送稿小吃燒味紅腸;呢味東西可算燒味中最平凡又無性格的東西,但原來浸住微熱的蜜醬,用叉「篤住」吃,是比起炸蝦片或薯片好吃,始終熱吃的小食感覺也較良好,不信,大家可試試。

豬扒米上海排骨麵其實看不到有什麼唔同,除了上海排骨麵多兩塊肉之外。燒鴨瀨d燒鴨,有點肉汁,而且算鬆軟。西多士唔夠熱,而且好油。份量算是合理。又燒河好硬,根本唔想食下去。服務算是一般屋村的水平吧~但衛生問題一直都是大有傳言。(自我中學時已有衛生問題的傳言,至少都有5-6年了...)

四月上旬近一個星期,吃法式棍包吃到有點怕,回家後仍想吃包,但就當然不會想到下了黃牛肉、豬腿、酸菜、粗身芽菜等配料的越式三文治,而是簡單地道的奶醬多~拉了老弟來聽故事,要了一分奶油多佐膳,那邊廂碟頭飯即叫即上,反而多士就要等五分鐘,拿上手暖而脆口,也不會烘得乾巴,只是奶醬的分量很少,感覺就不夠滿足。$10/碟,除開$4是替領匯交舖租的,價錢也算合理。

脆而軟熟,交到功課了。

二月上旬原以為領匯接手後這間十幾年歷史的屋村茶記會結業,卻不知幾番裝修後,改變為增設燒味部的茶餐廳,是續約的代價?舖位沒有從前霸佔了五分二個4F那麼大,但仍然是很大...檯凳換了沒從前那魔「趕客」,趕時間,叫下燒肉拼乳豬飯,話未說完,雙拼就送來,效率幾高的。燒味飯無跟例湯,很奇怪,乳豬只得薄薄一層脆皮及切薄了的厚脂,吃起來脆脆的,算是這樣子了,但只得皮無肉,不是味兒,燒肉皮酥脆,烤得不錯,奈何是斬好一分交來的冰鮮肉,欠肉汁,肉亦鬆散,無興趣吃下了,幾片脆皮送飯吃,飯鬆軟好吃,這個脆皮餐收$36,比樓下連飯亦煲不好的美心,也沒什麼好投訴。
