To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最鍾意去唔同的茶餐廳享用早餐，因為價格實惠且份量足夠。個人非常喜歡蕃茄湯底，所以一揀就決定要鮮番茄湯餐肉粒扭扭通粉＄37。呢個通粉真係出色，通粉有嚼勁，無煮到爛晒。最鍾意係ｄ餐肉粒，粒粒厚實，另外應該炸過／煎過，即駛用湯浸住，都仍然保持了外脆內軟的口感。厚多士雖然賣相平平無奇，但夠晒熱，心軟軟的。呢間早餐絕對值得一試。
