幾時都話食甜品有另一個胃,就算同朋友個頭食完正餐,呢頭都總會覺得少咗啲,要食埋甜品先圓滿!甜品鋪牆身係花朵嘅塗鴉,枱又有唔少嘅乾花做擺設,係另類嘅打卡位。絲絲入心我就揀咗個心太軟,一上枱就已經要瘋狂打卡,好靚,心太軟蛋糕放咗係彎彎嘅月亮形餅乾上面,再加個朱古力蝴蝶做點綴;而下面嘅雲呢嗱雪糕又用咗薄荷葉同紅桑子脆脆做配料,感覺都幾唯美!除咗個樣,味道仲好唔錯,一叉開個蛋糕,啲朱古力流心醬就慢慢流落雪糕度,溫暖嘅朱古力醬同凍冷冷嘅雪糕好match !朱古力味仲好濃!香蕉金莎朱古力窩夫伴榛子雪糕窩夫外脆內軟,冇煎𤓓,旁邊嘅醬真係好金莎,有金莎獨有嘅榛子香,香蕉同醬料都好多,用泥配窩夫啱啱好。雜果雪芭身邊總有幾個唔識死嘅朋友,天氣咁凍都要食雪芭!雜果好足料,水果款式都幾多,雪芭係用菠蘿泥做容器,好可愛。Facebook 同Instagram 打卡、比like ,全單就有95折,幾抵!

我就揀咗個心太軟,一上枱就已經要瘋狂打卡,好靚,心太軟蛋糕放咗係彎彎嘅月亮形餅乾上面,再加個朱古力蝴蝶做點綴;而下面嘅雲呢嗱雪糕又用咗薄荷葉同紅桑子脆脆做配料,感覺都幾唯美!

除咗個樣,味道仲好唔錯,一叉開個蛋糕,啲朱古力流心醬就慢慢流落雪糕度,溫暖嘅朱古力醬同凍冷冷嘅雪糕好match !朱古力味仲好濃!

利申我絕對不是嗜甜品的人,如果過甜我更是討厭,但係呢個甜品真係好得!首先講賣相,好明顯夠哂photogenic啦!其實今時今日social media太行其道,d食物要包含photogenic呢個原素真係基本。
味道,有兩樣野要pin point。第一係個抹茶jelly,一個成功嘅甜品係唔應該太甜,而呢個抹茶jelly起到個平衡作用,覺得甜咩?就咬番粒緩衝番。其次就係個窩夫,四周嘅邊係脆架!而中間就加左麻糬所以偏軟糯,一個窩夫有哂兩個texture,真係唔知佢點整,希望下次再番去都有同樣水準!而紅粒就係罐頭野,無乜好講,都正常嘅,唔通特登煲一煲紅豆咩。要彈嘅又係個雪糕。忍唔住問侍應係咩雪糕,佢答我唔係movenpick就走左去(因為menu有得單點movenpick雪糕),真係r頭!其實有無得話加錢upgrade個雪糕呢?做客最緊要有選擇呀嘛!

芝士粟一燒$56: 終於去到期待的甜品環節, 粟米味的甜品十分少見, 這個要必點! 粟米真身的造型, 實在只能讚嘆它做得維肖維妙, 連頂頂的粟米粒有少少凹陷也做得出來, 因為我經常買粟米食, 所以對粟米很熟悉。
甜品是外層粟米味, 內層芝士味, 味道十分吸引, 稍嫌有少少雪得過硬, 旁還有星星脆脆和爆谷, 增添口感, 很滿足。

原來這家店由從來的單純賣甜點,到現在開始嘗試多加主食這一環,照顧不同需要的朋友~很賤的我光看到以甜品為名,就馬上覺得主食不在擅長位置。但友人不想款兩家餐廳,所以還是乖乖坐好~因為主食還是在試驗階段,只有兩款,就來了各一入和朋友分享,有黑松露磨菇意大利雲吞和海鮮risotto(忘了實際名字),可能沒有期望,一吃為之驚人!好好吃~而且是兩個都好好吃~水準跟高級餐廳的差不多,好吃得跟它店內裝潢有點格格不入(把燈光調暗應該就差不多了XD)這裡擅長得甜點當然不可少,點了一個Cream Brulee Crepe,這個又是驚喜到不得了!Cream Brulee上面的焦糖燒得剛剛好,脆脆的,不會有軟軟的感覺,璃配上鮮奶油和新鮮果肉在裡面,很好吃!!整家店的食物質素真的看店鋪門面是完全看不出來的~幸好我有下勇氣去吃它們家主食,要不然我就遺失了一個滄海遺珠了~~
