20180930 Sunday, 今日做了過江龍,如果不是相熟人士試過,都會好少過到觀塘區搵食,需然工業區,一 D都唔難搵,比較多停車場,進入飯店,有4張大枱,有兩張4人卡位,都好濶落,因為之前表姐己經安排菜式,所以好快就起菜,(1)五寶茶=圓肉,桂花,杞子 及紅棗, 女侍應提意可以溝入熱水或少少紅茶;(2)刀拍青瓜小雲耳(3)話梅翠涼瓜)4)蒜泥白肉卷(5)有機腐皮鮮淮山(6)涼拌豬耳(7)椒鹽白福豆腐,以上六種頭盆必選,因為食到停唔到口,(8)姬松茸螺頭燉竹絲雞(9)杏汁燉豬肺,兩種燉湯我都非常喜愛,味道都好原汁原味,(10)金銀蒜粉絲蒸小象拔蚌,如果比多少少粉絲比多少少蒜就好喇,(11)上湯花膠杞子浸時蔬,可以接受(12)年年有餘=清蒸大海班,如果要我彈,就係條魚,用兩條細魚,容易比較控制,(13)金錢花膠扣鵝掌,如果炆耐少少時間就好喇(14)瓦煲花雕雞,我只可以講 頂呱呱,酒味恰到好處👍👍👍(15)啫啫芥蘭煲,好👍(16)家肥屋潤糯米飯,如果落多DD 臘味就更入味,(17)豉油王銀芽炒麵,欠缺少少火喉,最後一個甜品,木瓜雪耳海底椰燉桃膠,啱哂咁乾燥既天氣,總括嚟講今晚大滿足😋😋

竹絲雞湯:味道清甜。


杏汁豬肺湯:這個出面較少有(因豬肺很難清潔),但杏汁味略微蓋過豬肺,喝不出豬肺味來。


雀巢火龍果炒黑豚肉:黑豚肉、荷蘭豆、百合、火龍果很夾,好味!


太雕玻璃蝦球:蒸蛋滑溜有酒香,蝦爽脆味道不錯!


砵酒生蠔盞:生蠔本身肥美滑溜,配合生菜應是佳餚,可惜醬汁略鹹,扣點分。


原籠荷葉蒸糯米羔蟹:這個很好吃,本身隻蟹真係好多好多好多羔。(佢哋話碰巧當做)有荷香的糯米也不錯吃。


拔絲咕嚕肉:外面甜脆,内裏嫩滑有肉味,作為咕嚕肉迷的我,也很欣賞!


上湯花膠杞子浸時蔬:今次用咗小棠菜苗本身柔嫩,加上清湯杞子花膠令人回味。


煙三文魚蟹子炒飯:飯炒得很好,粒粒分明,調味很好!


桃膠西米露:不太甜,唔錯!


整體來說環境雖然簡樸,但食材用料講究,服務殷勤,菜式味道相當好!絕對可以媲美某些高級酒店嘅中菜廳!(當然那些高級中菜廳絕不是收這個價錢)如果唔太講究餐廳環境只追求味道嘅朋友值得可以試下,起碼我倆定會再光顧。

說實是先是因為店名—-「相」聚一刻吸引了,昨天和一班朋友食生日飯,店主不但為客人用上有生日朋友的餐牌,更在枱上佈置了Happy Birthday,感覺很窩心,地方不大只有四張大圓枱兩個四人卡位,不過感覺反而像在家,服務員會幫客人倒茶(是用杞子、菊花、龍眼)製作,入味甘甜!食物在上載的圖片看到,新鮮入味每樣也被我們很快吃完!總結是一間可以再去幾次的工廈私房菜👍

木瓜雪耳海底椰燉桃膠其實都真係幾考功夫,內裡有好多種配料,好似有木耳,雪耳,海底椰,桃膠等咁多種嘅料。入口清甜多汁。不過呢甜品真係比人深刻印象,因為都幾考功夫,同埋睇得出師傅真係好俾心機去做。

總括黎講,食物味道相當唔錯,份量亦好足,我地個個都食到飽。就我個人黎講,入觀塘工廈食中式嘅私房菜已經係慣性,而嘗聚一刻真係有一個好好嘅體驗俾我地,所以絕對係值得推薦其他人。
