一直觉得香港的烧烤不如内地好吃,但这次来到好烧式真的让我对香港烧烤的刻板印象有所改观!他们家主打创新烧烤,有很多创意海鲜菜品。这次点了蟶子、烤鲍鱼,龙虾,M4牛排,烧菠萝,烧乳鸽,烤香蕉,茄子,羊肉串,鸭舌和白鳝。蛏子个头足,下面铺满了蒜蓉金针菇,这个搭配真的完美!老板介绍鲍鱼是慢煮了八个小时再拿去烧烤,所以口感有嚼劲。我最喜欢烧菠萝,烤过的菠萝热热的锁住了水分,在嘴里爆汁!真的很香 香港吃烧烤的首选地!

全部串燒都燒得好好,而個蕃茄清酒煮沙白我係覺得最出色的,鮮味加上清酒既酒香,入面既粉絲索晒d精華,好好食

環境唔錯,唔會成間舖都有陣油煙味,侍應都面露笑容,最重要係無限時,全場爆滿都唔會趕你走,讚👍🏼

最近去咗一間好受歡迎嘅串燒店,試咗幾樣招牌菜,真係好滿足!首先,**咸檸七**真係好解渴,酸酸甜甜,好啱配串燒。接住飲,串燒入面嘅**燒北寄貝**,果然新鮮,搭配少少鹽,味道更加突出。**鹽燒牛舌心**就令人驚喜,牛舌烤得剛好,口感軟滑,鹽味唔會掩蓋肉質本身嘅鮮味,真係一絕!另外,**牛柳串**亦都唔錯,肉質鮮嫩,燒得恰到好處,唔會過老。**雞腎串**嘅味道也很好,腎肉特別嫩滑,調味亦好到位。**多春魚**燒得香脆,搭配少少蒜蓉,味道更加分。至於**韭菜**,雖然係配菜,但燒得香味十足,仲有點脆口感,增添咗口感層次。**雞髀菇**就係一個驚喜,菇味濃郁,燒得恰到好處,唔會過於油膩。**串燒豆腐**亦非常推薦,外脆內嫩,搭配醬汁食,味道一流。最後,**墨西哥雞肉芝士薄餅**係一個好特別嘅選擇,薄餅外脆內軟,加上濃郁嘅芝士同雞肉,口感豐富。而**雞翼牛丸**更係一道必試,雞翼多汁,牛丸彈牙,兩者配搭,真係好味。
