另一份我哋選擇咗鐵板牛柳餐,要5成熟同埋配蒜蓉汁。同樣地呢兩件牛柳上枱時都係熱焫焫,配菜一樣係三色豆同埋薯條🍟。

牛柳相對上梳打粉嘅份量比較少啲,食落口嘅質感都比牛扒🥩好,唔會話無晒肉應有嘅質感。而肉味方面呢兩塊牛柳都比起牛扒🥩好啲啲,配合返蒜蓉汁都自食得過。

經過很多次,但卻第一次食。最近係土瓜灣做野,見到呢間舊式扒房準備結業,所以約左女友去試。今日好好彩,人唔多唔駛排隊就有得入餐廳坐係到點餐,入餐廳滿眼舊情懷,燈光較暗,侍應熱情,未叫野食,先問要咩湯。女友叫左牛扒意粉,我叫左個豬扒鐵板。先來兩個羅宋湯加餐包,湯足料有微胡椒味,餐包暖,落牛油時會慢慢容,唔係凍冰冰的。主菜來了,牛扒意粉,意粉多同有炒過,唔係就咁用水煮熟,牛扒有肉味,薄牛扒,都有肉味。意粉同出面好多地方唔同有炒過先上來。豬扒兩大塊,厚身煎到燶邊,有口感。吃到一半,侍應來問餐飲,叫了紅豆冰及蔘蜜,紅豆冰係用椰子水,同連鎖的大大分別,真無椰汁味重,蔘蜜有蔘你底,但唔知真假,飲落味唔似即沖的化學飲品。最後,侍應送上兩粒糯米糍,唔係維記,好好食。以200蚊唔到的價錢食上咁豐富的晚餐,性價比好高。

主菜來了,牛扒意粉,意粉多同有炒過,唔係就咁用水煮熟,牛扒有肉味,薄牛扒,都有肉味。意粉同出面好多地方唔同有炒過先上來。豬扒兩大塊,厚身煎到燶邊,有口感。
吃到一半,侍應來問餐飲,叫了紅豆冰及蔘蜜,紅豆冰係用椰子水,同連鎖的大大分別,真無椰汁味重,蔘蜜有蔘你底,但唔知真假,飲落味唔似即沖的化學飲品。
最後,侍應送上兩粒糯米糍,唔係維記,好好食。
以200蚊唔到的價錢食上咁豐富的晚餐,性價比好高。

考試肥佬都要食番餐好😌落哥登堡食番個鮮茄牛脷飯,再飲番杯涼粉雜果冰🍹,唔係咳緊,衣度既黑椒牛柳絲炒麵真心好食,不過有牛脷食都ok,午市套餐只係60元,有餐湯,主菜,配埋特飲,認真超值,衣度羅宋湯好足料架!😋 可惜連哥登堡餐廳都捱唔住了,做到3月尾租約期滿就結業,又小一間由細食到大既餐廳了。

細個係土瓜灣讀書既我經常都去哥登堡餐廳食飯,一來比其他餐廳近啲,二來西餐黎講佢算抵食,算係學生哥都負擔到。款式種類都好多選擇,今日重遊舊地就揀返我以前經常食既鐵板牛扒餐。餐包鬆軟,唔會硬挖挖,配埋牛油陣味簡直無得彈。羅宋湯味道適中,而且牛肉味都突出,唔會好似飲緊啖而無味既蔬菜湯咁。最後到主角出場,一淋上黑椒汁,鐵板隨即揸揸聲,香味撲入鼻內,令人食指大動。當然牛扒質素比唔上果啲A5和牛咁高級,但肉質都嫩滑,成個牛扒餐既性價比都非常高。
