超難搵,在apita附近問過管理員,得到的答案竟是「向西走」…從太古城地鐵站到地面後向西一直走其實是對的,(大概..十分鐘?)不過其實從太古坊那邊入應該更近。等了不算很久,可能是太難找吧?小籠包果然名不虛傳,皮滑肉鮮,灌湯的含量剛剛好,外表也討好,算是香港其中一間最好的小籠包,縱使趕時間也值得再來一客,再來後水準仍很穩定。咸肉津白很大盤,津白爽脆,味道也很不錯。飽肚的木須肉炒拉面,這個來說就以翡翠的好一點。醉雞卻切得很碎,而且最忌冷盤不夠凍。下次來多叫點小籠包好了。環境、效率和服務也相當不錯,值得推介。是夜看到了本年度電影節的highlight,很美的畫面、淡淡的哀愁、很純樸的台灣原住民風情。對事情的依賴,除了是這店那個不太可靠的地址和地圖,也不管是回憶、權威、彩數甚或是自己,過分了的話少不免便會落入了迷思,同樣不也會帶來麻煩麼?

不免便會落入了迷思,同樣不也會帶來麻煩麼?

呢間野正正係我屋企樓下, 不過開左咁耐我先第一次幫襯. 因為呢間野真係日日都人山人海, 小弟最討厭等位...... arm arm 呢次撞正打風, 冇乜人woh, 就入去叫左個擔擔麵同小籠包. 個麵係最失敗, 失敗不在麵質. 在於煮唔透!!! 可能佢地慣左多人要上菜快掛. D 麵重係硬蹦蹦. 煮得唔夠稔........不過個味道好OK. 個小籠包雖然好好味...但係$2x蚊得4粒............不過真係皮薄餡靚, 同埋真係包主湯架~~~ 埋單都要$60...下次食公仔點心算喇>.<"

19/6/2008和女朋友逛呀逛,在太古城,又再次想不到吃甚麼,很自然地,又走來君頤了。這次轉轉口味,不要湯拉麵,改要炒拉麵,結果一如女朋友所料,好油呀!那個蝦球炒拉麵,的確很香口,但同時也吃得整個口也是油。Clearly not my cup of tea...小籠包水準依然,另外還叫了獅子球。那醬汁和炒拉麵的好像差不多。 =.= 味道不錯,肉質也不錯。吃得很飽很飽,明天要吃得清淡一點……

尋日同我公司兩個至愛去咗君頤食上海晏...呢間永遠爆多人...又冇訂位,唔早啲去兩點都等唔到位....所以十二點左右就叫Edwin走去攞位..(咁啱佢喺嗰頭見完客)...其實平時人唔齊唔俾入...不過尋日唔知佢又可以入咗去等我哋....一去到已經有碟雞絲粉皮同五香牛(月展),水準保持...good!!之後我再落order叫咗酸辣窩巴,好正個酸辣湯料多,酸辣同杰度適中,最值得一讚係個窩巴,新鮮熱辣辣炸起好正。小籠包、紅油抄手....呢兩款都皮薄餡靚又juicy...而且紅油抄手個汁酸酸辣辣又多蔥花..正,最後叫咗宮保雞丁同叉子燒餅....個雞丁醬汁好好味..肉又好滑,不過係啲腰果唔脆口,叉子燒餅..都係新鮮熱辣辣.....差啲熱親手...我哋仲要將雞丁塞落個燒餅裡面嚟食....真係好好好正。不過可能呢間嘢太多人排隊嘅關係,所以成日好似崔你走咁...攪到我食得好唔自在囉,希望佢呢方面可以改吓啦....

一去到已經有碟雞絲粉皮同五香牛(月展),水準保持...good!!

之後我再落order叫咗酸辣窩巴,好正個酸辣湯料多,酸辣同杰度適中,最值得一讚係個窩巴,新鮮熱辣辣炸起好正。小籠包、紅油抄手....呢兩款都皮薄餡靚又juicy...而且紅油抄手個汁酸酸辣辣又多蔥花..正,最後叫咗宮保雞丁同叉子燒餅....個雞丁醬汁好好味..肉又好滑,不過係啲腰果唔脆口,叉子燒餅..都係新鮮熱辣辣.....差啲熱親手...我哋仲要將雞丁塞落個燒餅裡面嚟食....真係好好好正。

不過可能呢間嘢太多人排隊嘅關係,所以成日好似崔你走咁...攪到我食得好唔自在囉,希望佢呢方面可以改吓啦....

記得蘇絲黃曾經大讚太古城有一間名為「君頤」的上海小館,其小籠包和素菜包是必吃的,所以前幾晚專誠一試。店內除了那五、六張卡位較闊落之外,其他的枱櫈都排得密密麻麻,甚有壓迫感...第一個感覺已令我渾身不自在。我們首先點了阿蘇在節目內大讚的小籠包,看看其吸引力何在,結果令我十分失望,皮是很薄,但一夾就穿(我已經是從頂部摺口位夾起),而且餡料亦沒有肉香,相比鼎泰豐的小籠包,後者實在相當出色雞絲粉皮相當不俗,汁料味道恰到好處,如果粉皮可以切得幼細一點,賣相會顯得更精緻椒鹽小黃魚,魚煎得很香口,肉質亦鮮嫩,可惜味道稍遜,原以為椒鹽應該會十分惹味,但一口咬下卻覺得比較淡口担担麵好味,而且辣味較重,適合嗜辣者干煸四季豆,普普通通店內只有一、兩個侍應的服務態度是較像樣,其餘的幾個就不提也罷,沒笑容、沒回應,將食物胡亂放到枱上就立刻走開,態度實在有待改善啊!

昨晚跟家人到這裡食晚餐, 7:30 PM 到, 唔駛等位....真好 !!!叫了三前菜, 最好食 是那個水晶肴肉 , 但那個素鵝就失水準!!蔥爆牛肉....牛肉很嫩, 好味!!這裡最好 是那些上海點心..... 小籠包真的做到皮薄餡靚, 而那個煎銀絲卷都很好吃!!食物份量適中, 大家都食得很飽, 很開心!!!

You know something is good when there's millions of people blocking its doors...and when you see this scene every time you see this store; it's SURE that there's something stunning in there. 自從「翡翠拉麵」執咗之後都真係好耐無黎呢頭,今日先知原來開番間上海食店。我哋食咗上海雲吞湯麵、小籠包、上海粗炒、銀絲卷、素鵝、水晶肴肉,樣樣都跟以前嘅「翡翠拉麵」簡直似到一模一樣,唔講以為係以前嗰間。聽朋友講原來係以前「翡翠拉麵」老闆啲兄弟開嘅,怪唔知得咁似啦。都一樣咁好味唯一係素鵝好似少咗啲料至於服務員方面,都有不時主動加茶,不過放低食嘢就走個吓真係要改,就咁見枱面有位就放低,洗乜有樓面呀,為乜重要俾tips呀?!

前日假期去度門口而經好多人,問完個知客攞位見咁多人咪去7仔買吓野飲,返度來見到個知客企係入面吹冷氣又唔出來喎,到佢出來我就問佢仲有幾多張飛先到我,佢又唔應我,我再問多次佢D態度又勁差咁答我,真係未食而經一肚氣!我記得個知客叫Cindy都唔知點解咁冇禮貌都可以做知客!到食品方面就真係好正~~~~小龍包好多肉汁正正正,生煎包多汁又脆都正,抄飯就差左少少抄得唔係好(雲),醉雞好大雪藏味其他都唔錯,不過服務就唔係好得,叫人好耐先有人應你好似個個都睇你唔到咁,真係唔知佢地個優字點攞返來,服務有代改善!!

14/3/2008和女朋友逛了太古城一圈,還是想不到吃甚麼好。結果回到這間長龍店。等了一會才有位置。點了四款東西。1) 水晶肴肉冰冷的肴肉,肉不鬆晒,味道不錯。但是沾了醋與否,對我來說好像分別不大。不錯的小食。2) 素鵝很香口。煎得脆脆的,如果內裏的冬菇更多就更好了。有點油,兩人吃的話,也挺膩的。3) 小籠包令我感到回味無窮。肉汁鮮甜,皮薄,熱熱的。實在太美味了。4) 菜肉雲吞拉麵我不太好這樣的拉麵。個人感覺麵的質地較硬,我不太喜歡。本想吃高力豆沙的,但這樣就飽了。「木台」之間空間實在太少,看來還是改善不了。服務員總是很焦急,很忙碌,不是太留意到顧客需要,服務方面有待改善。

冰冷的肴肉,肉不鬆晒,味道不錯。但是沾了醋與否,對我來說好像分別不大。不錯的小食。

2) 素鵝

很香口。煎得脆脆的,如果內裏的冬菇更多就更好了。有點油,兩人吃的話,也挺膩的。

3) 小籠包

令我感到回味無窮。肉汁鮮甜,皮薄,熱熱的。實在太美味了。

4) 菜肉雲吞拉麵

我不太好這樣的拉麵。個人感覺麵的質地較硬,我不太喜歡。

本想吃高力豆沙的,但這樣就飽了。

「木台」之間空間實在太少,看來還是改善不了。服務員總是很焦急,很忙碌,不是太留意到顧客需要,服務方面有待改善。

年三十晚,天寒地凍,加上之前已經吃了多餐團年飯,也就和爸爸媽媽來這裡晚飯了。三個人叫了六樣野:燻魚:沒有甚麼煙燻的味道,偏甜,好合口味,唯一係我們的一碟太多骨。糖醋小排:都係偏向甜甜酸酸的味道,小排卻係切成比bite size,我們一家人最激讚。小籠包:皮薄餡靚,湯汁飽滿,多吃幾個都不會覺膩,不過當晚我們只點了一籠。生煎包:媽媽的favourite,我不太好此物,感覺ok。火腿津白:本來想叫豆瓣莧菜,但當晚沒有供應,只好點這個。清清地,津白捻滑,ok。冷麵:麵質煙靭,醬汁如果可以多番少少更好,不過吃了這麼多濃味的食物,還是可以接受的。消費$280,十分抵食。一定會再來encore的!

I really really liked my two meals here - The first time I had their xiao long bao, which were so juicy and the skins very thin (almost too thin though, too delicate but better than being too thick!). I also had their 'thousand layer pork with preserved vegetables', which was DIVINE. The soft fatty 'five layer fat pork' was sliced into paper thin pieces and layered over one another on a bed of preserved vegetables. I could not eat enough... it was so good. The soft fatty 'five layer fat pork' was sliced into paper thin pieces and layered over one another on a bed of preserved vegetables. I could not eat enough... it was so good.

Also had their minced pork and mushroom la mian (炸醬拉麵) which was tasty and came with a very fragrant chicken broth (I have slight suspicions the broth might have a touch of MSG though, but I could be wrong).

Came back the other day and had their tea set, which was good value for money (around $28~ for a noodle and soy milk, though xiao long baos you will still have to order a la carte!), again had the 炸醬拉麵with soy milk, and an order of xiao long bao, plus an order of pan-fried dumplings.

Too bad this time the chefs had placed two dumplings too close together, both skins tore when we tried to separate them. Nevertheless it was still delicious. The panfried dumplings were EXCEPTIONAL - extremely juicy and the meat very well seasoned, and the dumpling itself nice and crisp on the bottom, nice and chewy on the top. Am drooling thinking about it.

Service was very cheery and food was superb. Will be recommending this place to anyone.
