今日朋友想食泰國菜,所以就揀咗屯門嘅泰國菜餐廳——泰國婆。餐廳鋪面較細,枱同枱之間距離較近,私隱度較低,比較適合快速用餐泰式船湯河船湯河的湯底味道濃郁,帶有微微嘅清甜味,而河粉吸收咗湯底嘅精華,香濃但唔咸,河粉亦很彈牙。船湯河配料亦很豐富,包括牛肉、牛丸和炸豬皮。牛肉肉質嫩滑沒有筋,牛丸彈牙,炸豬皮香脆,相當高質鳳尾蝦炒金邊粉金邊粉可選擇辣度,今次揀咗正常辣,味道似米線舖嘅小辣,所以味道較為刺激。酸甜味較少,所以唔食得辣嘅人要留意,揀返適合自己嘅辣度,而這金邊粉的正常辣已覆蓋了整道菜的口味。唯一一讚嘅係鳳尾蝦已剝殼,方便食用泰式奶茶味道中規中矩,奶香濃厚,甜度較一般奶茶甜,茶味較弱
