幾個月前 第一次黎呢間鋪頭打邊爐 食物都唔錯 叫左一個豬骨湯底 真材實條 豬骨大大件好多肉 湯底加左黑胡椒 令到湯底帶點微辣 有衝擊到味蕾食物(8/10)可能運氣上唔係咁好 位置上有啲差 雖然比左卡位我地 可以睇電視 但冷氣機唔知係未壞左 吹出黎嘅係熱風 吹住熱風打邊爐 真係第一次 睇番溫度計 成30度 我朋友就黎拎把刀出黎劈我?環境(3/10)好熱盆盆盆盆不過整體食物 員工質素唔差 仲好好服務添下次再黎 希望整返好部冷氣先可以再提一提油麥菜同烏冬加埋個湯底好好食

打邊爐一定要冷氣夠大,呢度係做得好好😋😋去九龍城搵食咗咁多次,第一次食呢一間邊爐,原來佢喺尖沙咀都有分店。今次同細佬兩個人一齊食,唔需要等位,好快就有卡位,每個卡位都有一部小電視可以一邊食嘢,一邊睇電視,好開心😆呢度最推薦佢係佢嘅一Tang而且佢有好多唔同牛肉部位,如果鍾意食牛嘅朋友一定好開心!(包括我細佬)另外佢哋都有一啲刺身,同埋自家製嘅小食。刺身都幾新鮮,自家製小食可以一試👍整體食物質素都幾好,不過就覺得有啲單品比較貴,或者份量比較少,但係食得出係好質素嘅食物🙈 侍應都好親切,會幫手。嘢飲方面,我哋嗌咗自家製嘅蜂蜜蘆薈,然後再加梳打水。正人均大概$800左右

麻甩之夜就去打邊爐,個餐前小食鴨舌啲汁教得唔係咁好味。好彩佢魚蛋角夠蛋呀有冇腥味。跟住我哋叫咗嗰張紅魚刺身同埋蝦刺身。刺身未到,d頭頭尾尾已經炸咗俾我哋,椒鹽都幾香口又多肉。嗰章紅魚終於到啦,久違嘅鮮味同埋彈牙。不過個生蝦就冇乜特別,反而佢個醬就夠辣勁搶喉。嗌咗個本地手切肥牛,肉質係嫩嘅,但牛味唔算。台山蠔覺得好好食,唔知點解街市嗰啲台山蠔冇火鍋店咁正,最後encore左一碟。另外水餃啲蝦肉都好爆。但蝦丸裏便啲鵝肝,個味就唔係好出。跟住姐姐介紹叫份蜆,我覺得似沙白。但係佢話係澳洲鑽石蜆,都$90一份唔算特別。食完飯有個椰青糕做飯後甜品,清清地講吓火都唔錯。
