第一站樓下巷仔澳門清湯腩、第二站隔離商場素食店。氣氛寂靜死氣沈沈的齋舖,步入餐廳無侍應接待,連打聲招呼也沒有。侍應們坐定定自顧自的邊按電話邊用餐,幾張枱上手食客已離開,但餐具食具都未有清理,竟然我地坐低先過黎執枱。沒有介紹菜色或推介菜色,沒有任何表情或交流或對話,感覺比茶餐廳的無服務更無服務,被冷落得難受。黑松露野菌意粉⭐️⭐️估唔到用上天使麵,餐牌沒有寫清楚。餐碟勁大隻就連薄餅都放得落,捲起大大舊天使麵準備塞入口,意料之外有點反胃感覺。有股泥味直擊喉嚨,松露味怪怪的,用開那隻牌子?天使麵彈牙長長完整但味道太寡而單調,可能係素的關係。口水素三鮮,是辣椒豉油嗎?襯上雲耳、豆角、蓮藕,味道唔難食。娃娃菜素鯪魚球湯,悶悶的味道十分清淡,素鯪魚球都有幾分似魚肉,沾點豉油會較好食。 continue reading

Lunch time係石門附近行街,見到有間「入素」素食餐廳,餐牌上嘅素海南雞飯同桂花叉燒賣相好吸引,就嚟試下。個素海南雞飯,個雞件好滑嫩,肉汁豐富,而且皮都係脆卜卜嘅,真係好似食緊真雞咁。油飯嘅味道都好香,仲有少少薑蓉味,好開胃。再講個桂花叉燒,個叉燒嘅味道好似真叉燒咁甜甜鹹鹹,而且咬落去好鬆化,真係好正。我覺得佢哋能夠將素食嘅味道同口感做到好似真肉咁,令食客唔會覺得食素係食得虧。 continue reading
