鬆「翠」蛋撻

「翠河」算喺晌美孚較常幫襯嘅茶記，一來地方大，啲位夠闊落，環境光猛，二來食過好幾次早餐，都覺得唔錯，又抵食。其實，晌呢間「翠河」側邊，有自家嘅麵包店「翠河麵包」，老實講，佢哋嘅麵包未真正幫襯過，有嘅都喺晌餐廳所食到嘅多士。今次想寫寫間店嘅蛋撻，因為走勻成個美孚區，佢啲蛋撻平到無朋友，賣$5個，呢個價好幾間麵包鋪都差唔多，不過，$10有3個，喺咪平到唔信。旁邊嘅椰撻都喺同價，所以，可以兩溝咁買。所以，同朋友行完山返到嚟美孚，就順道買兩個蛋撻+一個椰撻返去同老婆下午茶。蛋撻蛋撻嘅外觀就唔失禮，返到屋企我哋會烘一烘翻熱，所以，入口都幾鬆脆，而佢哋嘅撻殼喺牛油皮，所以，都幾甘香，而蛋撻餡亦幾有蛋香，口感頗軟滑。椰撻椰撻依家越嚟越少麵包鋪會做，因為食嘅人越嚟越少，我個人嚟講，對椰撻都OK嘅。撻殼同樣喺以牛油皮做，中間就填滿椰蓉餡，都幾有椰香味，感覺唔錯。老實講，10蚊有3件撻，質素又唔喺差，你仲想點，都可以講喺價廉物美啦。 continue reading
