呢排成日聽人講銅鑼灣希慎廣場嘅綠茶餐廳好正,

今日終於得閒過嚟試下。

餐廳喺希慎廣場 12 樓 ,位置都算唔難搵

 

一入到去,就比佢嘅裝修吸引住。

古典嘅裝修風格,好似一秒穿越返古代咁。

店員仲著住古裝招呼客人,加上餐廳入面有古箏擺設,

充滿雅趣,感覺好特別。

我哋坐低之後,就開始點餐。睇到餐牌,

主打新派浙菜,種類都算豐富。

我哋點咗幾樣招牌菜,再加咗壺九曲紅梅。

 

先講下呢個九曲紅梅,呢個茶真係好正。

一沖開,陣陣茶香撲鼻而來,入口清甜,

茶味醇厚,飲落好舒服,好適合搭配住啲菜一齊享用。

蕭山蘿蔔乾炒飯都令人好驚喜。

蘿蔔乾好夠味,炒飯粒粒分明,

每粒米飯都吸收咗蘿蔔乾嘅香味,

炒得好香口,唔會覺得油膩。

腰花處理得好乾淨,冇怪味。

蔥油嘅香味好濃郁,腰花炒得好,口感爽,

跟住就上咗龍井烤雞,呢個真係必點!

烤雞皮脆肉嫩,雞肉好 juicy,

咬落仲有龍井嘅清香滲透出嚟,好特別嘅味道。

而且雞嘅大小剛剛好,

我哋兩個人食都啱啱好,唔會覺得太膩。

今日去左希慎食呢間野,之前係深圳食過,味道都不錯,所以諗住試一下。 去到,你不算多,不用等位。 坐底後,先上茶,但是壺茶居然唔熱,心裡面已經有點擔心。 之後睇茶單,每道菜的名字都經過精心改編,都感覺不錯。 叫左:頭盤 冷食西湖藕韻, 脆片有油益味 , 放咗好耐,藕片唔諗,汁底好希。狀元芋頭煲 , 芋頭超級淋又切得幼身,無可能用快子夾黎食,一夾就散,味道還可以接受,但太多油,但真的一夾就散,好難頂,好難食到個原味。蛤蜊絲瓜,好腥,好細碟,食唔到其他味道。
