Visited Polam branch long time ago with a poor experience, this time passing by seeing their signature Pistachio dessert were available. I immediately walked in.After flipping few menu pages, we have decided to order pistachio tofu pudding, cashew and walnut mix and a black sesame burnt basque cheesecake. Dessert soup was served efficiently. Smell nutty. Love the pistachio nibs topped. It was smooth and love the tofu pudding at the bottom gave a hint of soy sweetness. Couldnt taste much of the tofu pudding texture but pretty good. Cashew and walnut mix was incredibly nutty. Velvety and not too sweet. Difficult to taste each nut's but combining was delicious. Black sesame burnt basque cheesecake was as tasty as it looks. Unlike the authentic gooey centre, it was a set centre and chilled. Texture wasn't tough at all. Smooth and rich. Strong taste of black sesame flavour with velvety texture. Love the smoky slight burnt edge. Absolutely loving it. Overall, food was great which worth for a try if a nutty lover. However, dont put on hopes on the service.

食完辣嘢,好想搵啲甜嘢解辣。朋友就帶我去厚福街,佢話之前見有間甜品店之前有好多人排隊,睇下時間尚早會唔會有位。點知去到又真係唔使排喎,見到有佢鍾意嘅開心菓甜品,同埋我鍾意嘅桃膠,就決定入去試下。朋友叫左開心菓豆腐花(半甜),佢話開心菓味都夠味,不過以呢個價略嫌份量少左啲。我就食左桃膠鮮奶燉椰皇(半甜),好滋潤!不過桃膠份量略少,鮮奶有椰青香味,唔錯。因為我同朋友都戒甜,有得揀半甜真係減左好多罪惡感。🤣🤣

我們於12/12(四)下午一點半🕜左右到達餐廳,人流不多。女店員已經「噠」一聲比QR code我們,並表明一人一碗。其實本身就冇問題,但說話語氣可以好啲😳今時今日嘅服務態度🙂↔️唉我們叫了2碗中式糖水及1個蛋糕切件。❶椰汁紫米豆腐花($36):椰汁味香,紫米有一球仔,豆腐花滑❷合桃腰果($38):已經分唔到邊忽係合桃,邊忽係腰果🤪不過好濃nuts味,熱騰騰吃,真的不錯❸芝麻巴斯克蛋糕 ($48):芝麻味沒有想像中濃,不過巴斯克蛋糕做到前面軟心,後面硬少少的效果。不過不失啦PS 我們坐在椅子拍照,未影完相,打算最後「拍好」🪑,女店員已經即刻過嚟9秒9「拍好」🫠另外,期間有大陸客人來,女店員一樣咁「招呼」人哋,結果大陸客人後來走了🫢如果想留客/更多客人,服務態度真係要改改

午餐都未食就走去尖沙咀厚福街「硏香」喝糖水。糖水梗要空肚喝,可以給予足夠空間容納一整碗糖水。好耐之前在硏香買過外賣回家,印象不差。今日見有時間,店子剛剛開門,未有客人,我喜歡靜靜地可以坐低慢慢嘆甜品。它以各式各様的糊類為主,現在有更多選擇,包括榴槤沙冰之類甜品。自助手機落單,下單後兩三分鐘「合桃腰果糊」$38 已奉上聞到很香果仁味,一口呷下,溫度足,果仁磨得十分細滑,濃稠合意;合桃或腰果比例是怎樣就分不清楚,但果仁味道足,甜度略低,喝下非常順滑,真材實料,價錢合理。
