一段日子沒有食過潮州菜,咁啱喺中環街市發現,店名叫做「九兩菜」,佈置掛滿潮州美食的燈牌,非常之吸引,所以決定入去食。先送上潮州傳統開胃小食,花生及鹹酸菜,花生煮至很淋,鹹酸菜超好味,因為少少甜,感覺很新鮮,估係自家製!蜆蚧鯪魚球外層佈滿炸米,所以非常脆,蜆蚧有少少辣,跟其他餐廳唔同。牛魔王例牌份量超大,4-6分享都適合,有牛腱及牛筋,煮得淋,牛筋勁多膠質。金不換花甲煲很新鮮,花甲大大隻,湯清甜。再來充滿鹹香的欖菜四季豆;最後核突佬炒飯,英文菜名是潮州炒飯,材料有腩肉、魷魚鬚、豆乾、蛋,未食過咁嘅配搭,唔錯呀!服務態度係幾好,上菜節奏適合,一到一到慢慢上,最後仲有潮州茶飲,我覺得價錢好公道,坐得又舒服。

這間位於中環的【久両菜】,主打潮州菜,店內裝修及器皿充滿懷舊味道,甚有特色。除了有滷味外,還有多款特色小菜,款式甚多,而且價錢合理。沙薑雞腳雞腳煮至入味,而且帶點爽口。鵝片拼墨魚鵝片每片厚薄適中,滷得入味,鵝肉嫩腍,墨魚爽彈,配上自家製辣椒油更添風味。鹹菜胡椒豬肚豬肚湯有濃郁的胡椒香味,豬肚煲至很腍,還有些排骨,整體鮮甜。欖角黑豚腩肉配潮州金橘黑豚腩肉表面香脆帶甜,加上金橘汁令其更香口,十分開胃。嗱渣炒麵麵線炒至爽口,有些芽菜、葱、墨魚等配料,十分豐富,一定要加辣椒油,絕對是靈魂所在。

自從上年年尾去完汕頭,我就對潮州菜念念不忘,好掛住潮州嘅滷水,跟住搵到呢間舖頭幾啱打卡嘅餐廳一於試吓佢有個位置專係切滷味,猶如去咗燒味部一樣,每樣都好吸引我眼球👀一嚟到佢會比花生同埋菜脯,但要20蚊蔥油腐竹好香蔥油味又唔會好油,食落爽口帶滑唐三藏 (鵝肝,鵝腎,鵝腸)鵝腸本身蛋白質好高,而且好爽口,勁鍾意食👍👍鵝肝鵝肝厚切,色澤粉嫩,入口即溶,無法形容既好食,以後想食鵝肝第一時間會諗到佢鵝腎腎軟滑,但個人食完腸同肝睇佢地唔上眼😂煙筍雙腩 新鮮本地崩沙、爽腩黎到一大煲,會喺我哋面前排氣好香濃嘅藥材味,雖然佢話辣,食落唔辣,但係腩好香拍蒜豬油渣炒菠菜用豬油令菜更香,超鍾意食菠菜既我,轉眼間清左一大半潮式反沙芋一份來講佢都算幾多,而且佢嘅容器真係好靚食落唔會太粉,而家糖衣包住食落香甜帶脆,好味😋

本人曾於本月中旬光顧此店,那兒看著挺寬敞明亮,誰知道食物卻是何等的劣質,尤其是蠔烙,出乎意料的油膩難吃!這還不算,當我向那個黝黑瘦削,戴著眼鏡的男員工詢問有什麼青菜,他表現的妖裡妖氣,說什麼不知道師傅會煮哪個青菜,是師傅決定的,他不便多問,這是什麼廢話!語無倫次的!總的來說食物和服務都屬於低品,希望那裡的負責人多多注意!

另外要讚嘅係碟花生雞腳,預佢係小食嚟,估佢唔到竟然係最後先上🤔,但係值得等㗎⋯⋯,個好傾哥仔特登過嚟問味道如何⋯⋯咁普通嘢都過嚟問,一定有啲嘢嘅,哈,上枱時仲出緊煙,熱嘅,已經好讚,雞腳夾落焾嘅,但啲皮一啲都唔會夾爛,啱啱好,仲入味,勺啲花生食😲⋯⋯化㗎,入口就化到好粉糯,攤咗一陣,個汁啫喱咗,撻住啲花生仲更加無得頂。

自己都已經成枱嘢食,又嗌飽,但裝到隔離枱碟蠔餅,都好想試🥹最終都無加,因為好驚真係食得晒🤣

另外要讚嘅仲有係環境同個氛圍,佢响中環街市開,係有個特別氛圍嘅,文文地青,又 chill chill 地,最重要係有個好有 heart嘅哥哥,埋單前八到佢叫勇哥,仲有個洋名叫Stanley 😄,成餐飯食得咁開心,佢要記一功👍🏼,好介紹,意見中肯,開心吹水,又分享一下其他飲食知識,又講得笑,招呼又好,臨走前仲親自沖功夫茶過我哋品嚐,真係好飲過開飯前嗰杯㗎喎☺️⋯⋯呵呵🤭

我自己堂食完,仲要買外賣一份唐三藏(鵝肝鵝腎鵝腸+鵝片)返去孝敬我事頭,雖則係外賣咋,都仲係好好味😋

中環街市活化之後,首次來到它的食肆吃東西。小人見到這家「久両菜」有很多食客,遂與友人入內食個下午茶。前菜先來一碟「唐三藏」:鵝肝、鵝腎、鵝腸,底下墊有豆腐。鵝什涵得入味,涵水汁調味甚佳,不會過鹹,兼且份量多,夠大碟。很久沒有食川椒雞了,所以看見時旋即點了一客。雞肉老實講肉質不鬆,竟有點油益味,而且味道偏鹹。川椒葉炸得脆卜卜,但勁油。魚片魚湯米線的魚湯相當鮮甜,足証是真材實料煲出來的。魚片也不少,魚肉不腥。至於米線亦很順滑,食完已很飽足。飽餐了一頓過得去的下午茶。
