【燒腩仔四寶飯評論】🍚🐖今日試咗一碗燒腩仔四寶飯,價錢$55💰。整體上感覺一般,有啲失望😔。燒腩仔唔夠脆,我鍾意燒腩仔有啲肥肉,皮部分係脆脆嘅,但係今次嘅燒腩仔好可惜,冇咁嘅質感。叉燒部分個肉好肥😕不過其他三樣配料都算合格。至於餐湯,係粟米紅蘿蔔湯,個人覺得好飲🍲總括嚟講,呢碗燒腩仔四寶飯有啲失望,特別係燒腩仔唔夠脆同叉燒太肥。附近其他餐廳可能會有其他更好嘅選擇!😕🍚【乾炒牛河評論】🥩🍜另外試咗一碟乾炒牛河,價錢$60💰。整體上感覺欠缺鑊氣,有啲淡味,有啲失望😔。乾炒牛河嘅色澤水麻麻,一睇相片就知道,唔夠吸引。味道亦都有啲淡,缺少鮮味同香氣。牛肉部分亦都無咩味。整體黎講,呢碟乾炒牛河係唔合格🍜😕好彩凍檸茶仲好飲,至少可以解渴。🍹😄😉🍜🍹【結論】❌ 唔想再黎哩度⋯ continue reading

今日買外賣雙併飯,叫咗燒鴨併油雞。盒飯係冇咩問題,係勁乾身咯。臨走前想問阿姐拎一包仔燒鴨醬,甜甜酸酸送鴨嗰啲,阿姐勁冇禮貌話咪落咗呢啲俾你囉,呢啲要一蚊一包。佢手指俾咗我嘅係豉油,唔係鴨醬。超冇禮貌,勁趕客!我咁大個人未試過食燒鴨或者燒鵝係拒絕比醬你咯!費時同佢拗,勁cheap。成間野晚飯時間得一兩個人都可以咁對d 客人真係好唔掂。疫情期間都咁趕客一定好快執,阿姐都應該好快俾人炒,叫個外賣都可以咁差! continue reading

今次真係令我好失望,明明之前去食過下午茶都唔係咁㗎,唔知今次係咪因為夜晚十點半去食的關係,但個時隔離仲有一枱好多人,叫左小菜先係我地落單後陸續上緊,所以唔知關唔關時間事,但我建議大家都係朝早或者晏晝去食好啲。事源就係前幾日,男朋友接我放工,因為都九點幾十點左右,所以去左新光個邊食,之前食過廣東燒味的下午茶,都平靚正,幾好食,今次因為夜,唔想食太多嘢,所以揀左羅宋湯豬軟骨通粉,因為男友話呢啲少有同自己煮唔到。烹調時間都要大約十至十五分鐘,羅宋湯的味係ok的,啲豬軟骨都入到味,通味就無咩味,不過都叫自己𢳂啖湯一齊食可以解決到。但係令我失望的事就發生啦,食食吓,我見到其中一舊豬軟骨肉上面有一條黑色的物體,有少少反光,睇真啲原來係鋼絲刷,我拎走左佢當睇唔到就算,點知食食下又發現係條菜上面又有另一條,所以就已經無晒胃口唔想食,我明白唔係專登,但我只係希望廚房/洗碗(我唔知係邊方面出錯)可以小心點,做事要謹慎一點,因為呢啲嘢真係唔應該唔小心跌到在客人的碗入面。我同男朋友講,我想話比餐廳知,等佢可以提醒廚房,但係佢話無用,人地反而以為你想換過碗或者攞着數。唉,間餐廳上次食明明好好,但係今次發生呢件事,搞到我唔知仲再幫唔幫襯好,所以我建議大家最好早上或晏晝去食,太夜,可能人地落場mood la。 continue reading
