香港人最喜歡食燒味,以前最出名的燒鵝在深井,現在周街都是燒鵝大王。今日在北角試了一間餐室,它雖然無自稱什麼燒鵝第二代真傳,但是卻非常有水準,比那些名店老字號更好食。💥秘傳煙燻燒鵝(例牌$138)上枱賣相甚佳,燒鵝皮有均勻的棗紅光澤,證明火喉拿捏得好,煙燻味適中,也令燒鵝多了一種不同香味。夾起燒鵝髀部份,發現鵝皮超薄。咬一口,鵝皮香脆無渣,至於帶少許肥膏的鵝胸部份,鵝皮同樣香脆,多了一份脂肪的甘香。鵝肉嫩滑富肉汁,連骨也是軟的,可見這隻鵝多麼幼嫩。除了燒鵝,我們還叫了下午茶餐,包例湯、餐飲,好抵食。💥醬皇叉燒撈麵($40)叉燒肥瘦適中,肉質嫩滑。撈麵和白飯之間一定選撈麵,因為它是用鵝油撈麵,而且麵質爽口,一點都不覺油膩,非常好食。💥鴛鴦手撕雞腸粉($40)鴛鴦是鹽焗和麻辣,兩者都夠味,雞肉也嫩滑。與腸粉一齊食是第一次,口感和味道都好夾,又有新意,唔錯。

💥秘傳煙燻燒鵝(例牌$138)
上枱賣相甚佳,燒鵝皮有均勻的棗紅光澤,證明火喉拿捏得好,煙燻味適中,也令燒鵝多了一種不同香味。

喺北角做嘢,收工的時候很肚餓,於是周圍行下睇下有咩食。路過見到有煙燻燒鵝,於是入去試一下。煙燻燒鵝撈麵應該係佢地既招牌,見到很多人叫。但由於我不想食太油膩,所以選擇了煙燻燒鵝湯米。估唔到看似簡單平凡的煙燻燒鵝湯米,一啲都唔簡單。未食就已經聞到超香嘅煙熏味,一咬落去外皮好香脆,唔會覺得好油,肉質亦唔會好韌👍🏻下次可以試下撈麵先😆
