前日同朋友去咗大戶屋試吓佢嘅牛舌定食同特選御膳,後來轉咗迷你吞拿魚蓉飯。講真,牛舌真係唔夠香,又好韌,食落有啲失望,覺得同預期差咗一截。吞拿魚蓉飯更加係無乜味,魚生類嘅食物整體麻麻地,無咩驚喜。反而特選御膳入面嘅熟食救番一城,天婦羅炸得香脆,五花腩肥瘦剛好,醬汁幾夾,連鰻魚都整得幾唔錯,夠嫩滑,個醬都幾好,算係整餐飯嘅亮點。環境同服務就普普通通,無咩特別好或唔好嘅地方,典型嘅日式連鎖餐廳feel,乾淨企理就夠。整體嚟講,如果想食魚生或者牛舌,呢度可能唔係最好嘅選擇。但如果鍾意和食嘅熟食,例如天婦羅同燒物,特選御膳都值得一試。下次再嚟,我應該會跳過魚生同牛舌,直接叫和食類嘅嘢,應該會穩陣啲。總括一句,熟食OK,魚生同牛舌就唔使抱太大期望啦。 continue reading

太古呢間大戶屋已經好多年,一到夜晚六點已經要開始等位,通常起碼要等45分鐘,就知呢間嘢有幾多人食。其實咁多年來,佢啲Menu都冇乜點變,係有時會有啲新菜式但唔多,我就一向叫開五花腩嚟食,今次就試吓醬油熟成五花腩拼燒牛扒。五花腩一如以往都係咁腍,肥膏雖然多,但五花腩又唔肥唔好食嘅。燒牛扒就餐好,雖然冇燒到熟晒,但就有啲乾,牛味亦都唔重。呢度最正係可以加多一碗飯,咁就一定夠晒飽,另外佢嘅前菜同湯就正正常常。 continue reading

雖然由喺香港開到依家個menu 已經變咗好多 (啲大胃王友人以前最鍾意佢哋個免費添飯😂),但嚟到大戶屋佢哋嘅料理始終係有種温暖嘅自家製感覺,係一間性價比高嘅日式家庭料理~太古呢間係長期長龍店,晚市通常都要等,所以今次索性下晝嚟食咁就唔洗等咁耐啦~今次嚟到我依然係揀選我最愛嘅吉列熟成豬扒玉子鍋  (長情囉,咩呀😎)香脆嘅吉列豬扒外層薄又香脆嘅吉列炸衣包裹鬆化而厚身嘅豬扒,肉味濃郁唔油膩。而最正係加埋個玉子鍋,香滑嘅蛋液混合鮮味中帶甜嘅汁用嚟伴飯簡直係一流,一次滿足幾種唔同嘅口感同味道係一個昇華版嘅他人丼然後仲有友人最大力推薦嘅五花腩 🐖我哋揀咗特選增量熟成,分別有燒醬油同埋鹽麴熟成兩款口味嘅五花腩~ (個人覺得鹽麴熟成更加出色)經過烤爐高温燒過嘅五花腩有微微焦香,一方面迫咗啲油脂出嚟同時鎖住肉汁,所以食落感覺唔肥肉質緊實而且肉汁豐盈;鹽麴嘅酵素可以自然咁分解食物,從而帶出甜味同鮮味,加上鹽麴有天然鬆肉的效果,所以啲肉質係自然地更加軟嫩易入口。(又係另一個白飯殺手呀!——)屋企人要咗最穩陣嘅銀鱈魚西京燒,最經典嘅菜式。魚身雪白油脂豐厚,食落係夠嫩,帶少少入口即化嘅感覺,但個敗筆係但今次個調味一味得個鹹字,無咗應該有嘅甘甜味,就算我加埋巨量嘅蘿蔔都係於事無補。浪費咗條銀鱈魚囉...鰻魚盒子飯(全條)鰻魚都幾肥美,而且份量足,不過今次個鰻魚係唔夠調味,狂加咗山椒粉都係無乜作用。就,又係個調味浪費咗個食材,哎~整體都係豬料理大勝🐖🐽比較貴嘅魚料理,今次嘅故事教訓就係,貴嘅嘢食又未必係啱口味,有時候「地味」先係個皇道。 continue reading
