To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日接男朋友收工,佢話想試下我講既牛角飯究竟幾好食 咁佢就帶咗一個牛角燒牛肉飯 加溫泉玉子 咁我就試吓佢一個豬肉飯 都一樣加溫泉玉子🥰
講返嘢食 男朋友覺得個牛肉飯係好好食 我都覺得豬肉飯一樣唔錯 同埋我覺得一定一定要加溫泉蛋!蛋汁加落啲飯到好食好多㗎
嘢食就真係唔錯嘅 但係員工甩漏程度好高 其實喺公司叫外賣嘅時候 已經兩次叫咗溫泉蛋二員工唔記得放入去 雖然最後佢哋都會送返過嚟
今次去攞外賣 我行到出門口好彩望一望 叫咗兩個飯原來佢哋淨係俾咗一個
雖然其實都係小問題 但係我都已經經常食啦 好似每一次都要check足晒咁好麻煩 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ 如果員工可以着緊啲就好啦
- 牛角飯
記得年初第一波疫情開始爆發,政府都未對食肆採取任何防疫措施,但聚福樓旗下集團既餐廳已經率先喺枱與枱之間放置易拉架減低感染風險,仲自行推出左好多其他防疫措施,又快速採購左大量口罩俾員工工作時可以配戴。到左而家第三波疫情爆發,佢地有安排某d員工只負責執枱(收走用過的餐具),避免接觸完上手食客嘅餐具再接觸新餐具,非常欣賞佢地嘅衛生意識👍🏻
成個月無堂食,今日破例一次揀間食得最安心嘅餐廳食個lunch。用餐時眼見每次有客人埋完單起身後,有執枱專員負責收走餐具,然後有另一位員工去噴下枱面,先再放新餐具,不過我自己都會再用消毒濕紙巾抹多次😆

🥢 牛肋肉四品燒肉盛合 $169
呢個係星期六日嘅午市套餐,有4款牛,沙律菜、昆布湯、配菜、牛角飯、飲品各一。應有盡有好豐富😌 加十幾蚊可以追加甜品,不過我已經好飽所以無試到了😛 比起晚市,午市都真係算好抵食!
我地叫左兩個一樣既set,因為主要想食牛,不過配菜揀左一份帶子一份魚柳。呢個餐包既4款牛有牛肋肉、網燒一口牛、上級牛肋肉同美國SRF和牛牛肋肉。呢4款既牛味都好濃,質素好好,最好食既係上級牛肋肉同和牛牛肋肉,肉質好嫩🥰,而一口牛同牛肋肉就比較韌。
沙律菜普普通通,勝在新鮮。昆布湯好好飲,帶子偏咸但唔乾身,魚柳意外地好味,肉質好嫩滑。黎牛角係一定要試牛角飯,飯上淋左燒汁同放左蔥花,再鋪滿大量紫菜,配上燒肉一齊食真係超夾🧡
胸腹肉叫左對得住呢個價錢,唔對牛有太高要求既話可以一食。自助吧既南瓜幾好食,牛角飯都唔錯;甜品方面幾鐘意銅鑼燒,窩夫同白朱古力雪糕👍🏻 終於明白點解去日本要食牛角,因為日本牛角好食過香港既好多。環境尚可,算闊落亦唔大油煙。 .
今次同朋友相約食牛角,呢一次都唔會讓我失望😊

香港人當然要支持香港人的小店,但實在每間黃店都大排長龍,雖然品嚐唔到,但好感動!香港人要堅持去支持黃店呀
今日選了日本連鎖燒肉店,同男朋友食下午茶,可選放題或套餐,先取了電子票,再等待叫號碼,但帶位姐姐的態度可以好一點,另外服務也可以更有效率、友善欣勤多一點
有3種前菜(醃酸番茄、彈牙墨魚嘴、醃辣青瓜)
點了$169牛肋肉四品燒肉盛盒
牛肉質素好好,新鮮的顏色,不同部分的牛肋肉口感一流,我們點了辣汁,醃得入味好香好食,可配上不同醬汁(蒜蓉、燒肉醬、豉油);跟了多一種配菜(可選菇、秋葵、帶子)我們選了牛油帶子,不錯;更有飯選擇(選了香蔥滑蛋飯)
黑蒜叉燒拉麵
大碗口感不錯,黑蒜味唔濃,但拉麵口感幾好;有唐心蛋及叉燒,湯底唔會太咸;配了昆布麵豉湯,不會太咸,昆布唔少
雜錦蔬菜盛合
有蒿筍片、秋葵、山藥片、粟米、杏鮑菇片,都幾好!燒有豉油汁,更有多一盤汁讓蔬菜不會燒得太乾
點餐叫人都是用平板電腦,服務的效率及友善度可改善
- 香蔥牛舌
由於婚媽唔食牛既關係,點左唔同醬汁既豚肉比佢,味噌最好味
牛脷大大塊,老公同姑姐密密食
狂點牛肉咩部位都殺,大家都係牛魔王,好有牛味,醬汁都可以唔使點
聽聞牛角飯同埋玉子飲好好食,我地各喎左一碗,紫菜卜卜脆,玉子蛋味濃
我地一致比較鍾意薄切
牛柳粒食得多到口軟,所以點左2轉,就轉晒一片片
頭先講既味噌味
老豆大讚紅口油豆腐,好香唔辣,好味過日本果d喎,佢自己一個隊左3兜
中間山藥我都幾鍾意,叫左3,4轉,估唔到燒完乾身口感都幾好
牛油唔記得咩菇,自己加d豉油仲好味,燒洋蔥真係一個學問,我地燒到黑晒
臨尾見到個王樣蜜糖香腸,叫左3條5個人分,一嚟到勁大條…叫2條都夠,剪開好燒d,有埋好似蜜糖芥末醬,正
最後經理送雪糕,口感比較稀但係落埋d豆粉一齊食,好正原來呢個叫牛角雪糕
得姑媽一個食抹茶,茶味濃郁
大家都食得好開心,臨走時店員仲笑住同我地個下個月再見推薦下次試下海觧
