To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角夜晚9點之後就有夜食限定,三個大皿燒肉盛合都幾抵食,今次我地兩個人就揀左B餐,有牛、豬、雞肉。仲包埋兩杯嘢飲,雖然佢話凍飲要加2蚊,但係走飲管就可以減返2蚊又環保~大皿燒肉盛合仲可以加配優惠食品,有d半價,有d七折,我地就加左半價既香蔥牛舌,同埋同牛角燒肉超級夾既牛角飯。牛舌係薄切既,但燒左之後出既油都超級香。一啖擺落口超級滿足。牛肋肉肉質軟嫩,入口有少少融化既感覺。肩脊肉口感就綿d。豬扒係牛肉之後燒,可能係因為沾到網上既牛油,有陣牛肉既香味,又有豬肉本身既質感。豚肉燒燒耐d,佢既肥肉部分有陣焦香味都幾好食。雞肉又滑又juicy,雞皮脆脆地,放係最尾食有種清爽返既感覺。
