今日中午經過荃灣大河道,看見這裡lunch 做$80- 石燒牛肩排,沙律放題。由於我唔想吃太多澱粉質,啱啱好!所以走咗入去試,沙律、湯和飯都是任吃,我和朋友各自點了$80- 牛肩排有180g 和200g 牛柳, 呢個要$110- 。餐廳好細心,石燒牛上菜時都會用餐紙遮一遮以免客人被油彈親。牛肩排和牛柳上菜時大嘅4成熟,如果鍾意熟d 可以一邊切開一邊張生嗰邊放係石燒上,自己控制熟度。 建議不要整太熟,加少少鹽、胡椒粉已經好好味,如果想濃味香口d 可加上蒜蓉燒汁一齊食,有多啲層次。 如果肚餓可加飯一齊吃,不過我配沙律吃,簡單一個lunch 已經好飽。

話說今日又出開荃灣做啲嘢,做完私事又係時候醫下個肚。今日突然好想食牛。最後比我見到呢間牛極,啱晒喇,咁就入去食下啦。餐廳採用自助形式點餐。門口會放咗一部機係到。除咗牛之外另外仲有午市套餐。因為我本來就想食牛,最後點左牛柳之後就搵個位坐低。餐廳係沙律,湯,飯甚至係餐具都要自己出去拎。沙律菜新鮮爽口,而今日餐湯係羅宋湯。主角牛柳出場。牛柳會伴隨一舊熱石上。而牛只會煮到一成熟左右,客人可以按自己嘅喜好將牛放係熱石上面煮熟,牛柳肉汁豐富,牛味出色。基本上唔洗加任何醬料淨送白飯已經好好食。

平時喺油麻地返工中午都有食開嘅牛極,知道質素是唔錯,而且價錢又抵,加上沙律、湯、飯是任食的,啱晒大食嘅我,今次過開荃灣呢邊,見到有牛極真係太好,唔使諗食咩,見到鋪頭冇咩人即刻入去食呢間同油麻地一樣,先點餐買飛再由職員安排入座,把飛交給職員,過一陣職員就會把它送到你面前,等我期間我就出去拎湯同沙律,發現成盤沙律沒有蓋剩係得張揭開嘅保鮮紙直接放在外面,雖然拎嘢食要戴口罩,但係都感覺唔太衛生,人來人往始終都有細菌,最後我都放棄咗食沙律,牛柳出餐的時候大約只有兩成熟,自己可以用石頭嘅餘溫按照自己喜歡嘅生熟程度加熱,原本諗住嫩滑嘅牛柳但係d肉勁韌,一啲肉味都無,完全顛覆我對牛極既印象,我終於明白間鋪少人既原因係咩

原來200g份量都不少,切開牛扒,入面仲係有d紅,唔會太熟,自己決定幾成熟。👍🏻
高質扒,外面用石板燒熱住,鎖住肉汁,牛柳口感會較嫩,咬落去肉汁流晒出嚟🤤🤤送白飯一流👍🏻

突然想食牛扒又唔想去西餐廳咁貴,石板上嘅牛扒都係一個唔錯嘅選擇!可以自己控制牛扒嘅熟成度,而且仲可以自己調味,枱面有黑椒、鹽、辣粉全自助!另外仲有白飯、麵豉湯同沙律任飲任食!係唔係即刻覺得好抵食!而每款牛扒都有2-3種唔同嘅重量來訂價,可因應不同人食量來叫,咁就唔會浪費食物啦👍🏻!而我今次就叫左牛柳最細份 200G $110,本身我就算好餓都食唔到太多,所以最細份就夠啦!平時我出去食牛扒都係揀牛柳,所以今次都特登揀牛柳來睇下有咩唔同!廚房會先將牛扒出面煎熟以鎖住肉汁,而用嚟擺牛扒嘅石板嘅存熱量都好勁,所以一上枱要即刻食啦,唔係牛扒會太熟!一切開入面仲係紅紅地,如果驚太生可以切開後再係石塊上燙一燙!但我覺得切開有啲紅就咁食就啱啱好,先夠嫩!而沙律都值得一試,啲菜蔬菜好新鮮,再淋埋麻醬應該無人唔鍾意呢度環境望落都好乾淨,而仲會俾條圍巾你防止整污糟件衫,真係好貼心

而每款牛扒都有2-3種唔同嘅重量來訂價,可因應不同人食量來叫,咁就唔會浪費食物啦👍🏻!

而我今次就叫左牛柳最細份 200G $110,本身我就算好餓都食唔到太多,所以最細份就夠啦!平時我出去食牛扒都係揀牛柳,所以今次都特登揀牛柳來睇下有咩唔同!

荃灣扒房唔多,突然想食牛扒時都幾傷腦筋,但早排朋友推薦一間連鎖嘅石版燒牛扒舖頭俾我,我覺得佢性價比相當高。鋪面光鮮,當晚去到時候人流都唔少,幾乎滿座,同朋友一齊都要等一陣先入到去,入到去店員指示我哋先購票後入座,十足去咗日本餐廳一樣。今次order 咗個 180g嘅牛肩排,只需$80,仲包埋任食沙律、白飯同麵豉湯。啱晒一眾大食之人嚟呢到大快朵頤!!!🤣🤣牛肩肉大約5分鐘之後就上枱,肉上面仲有幾片炸蒜,餐廳寫明每塊牛扒只會為客人燒一成熟,其餘生熟程度都係由客人自己去控制。牛肩肉望落中間有條好大嘅根,但其實食起上嚟一啲都唔影響口感,唔會覺得條筋咬唔斷,兼且肉味仲相當香濃。進餐嘅時候,店員都會過嚟詢問要唔要更換石版,以確保石板有足夠溫度去燒熱牛扒,服務抵讚!!!👍🏻👍🏻
