🩷極品牛三寶湯河粉越式來說牛三寶是指生牛肉, 牛丸, 牛腱, 並不是大家平時在街邊食開的牛雜。生牛肉 一來就是半生熟, 浸多一會兒其實已經會好快變色。牛丸口感滑溜,鮮嫩彈牙。至於牛腱使用了簿切, 令咀嚼起上來不會覺得太辛苦, 配搭自帶甘甜味和香味的湯底,十分合適。🩷魚露雞扒撈檬雞扒肉質嫩滑且可口,煎到剛剛金黃色,加入了魚露保持魚鮮味,又不會蓋過所有其他食材的味道,撈檬非常多配料,令整體口感更加豐富🩷越式香茅豬扒這份小食 如果不是吃越式料理 很少吃香茅豬扒。那麽久沒吃過,我覺得外脆內嫩,惹味多汁。

越式來說牛三寶是指生牛肉, 牛丸, 牛腱, 並不是大家平時在街邊食開的牛雜。
生牛肉 一來就是半生熟, 浸多一會兒其實已經會好快變色。
牛丸口感滑溜,鮮嫩彈牙。
至於牛腱使用了簿切, 令咀嚼起上來不會覺得太辛苦, 配搭自帶甘甜味和香味的湯底,十分合適。

簡單的生牛河,應該要有濃味的牛肉湯配襯,但這間湯底真的不好味,教令人失望! 生牛湯河牛肉有三件很韌! 炸軟殼蟹、炸春卷非常油膩感!尤其是軟殼蟹,除油膩之餘味道也不好味的! 滴滴咖啡超難飲! 熱華田非常甜, 佢應該係加咗煉奶! 冰鎮奶茶都係冇乜茶味咁囉! 其他款食物,味道都很一般! 整體來說不好味,但又唔可以講係難食。其實我寫呢個食評, 都係希望給對食物有要求嘅人的一個提醒啫! 呢個係消費者嘅權益, 希望餐廳在食物質素都能有所改善。
