前幾喺大圍行街,無意中發現咗呢間餐廳,啲裝修好有越南Feel,簡單清新。睇住個餐牌就決定試下!首先我點咗個泰式豬頸肉撈檬,價錢 $67,分量唔算多,但豬頸肉烤得香口,帶少少焦香味,加埋酸酸甜甜嘅撈檬,配搭得啱啱好。檬條啲質地夠滑,酸辣味岩岩啱,食完一啖就忍唔住再食第二啖。跟住仲試咗杯鮮芒椰西米露,套餐加$12 呢個價錢可以話係相當抵食。椰汁清甜濃郁,但唔會過甜,啲芒果係鮮甜多汁,加埋西米,冰涼嘅口感好清新,一杯就食到好滿足。另外,佢哋仲有蘇香軟殼蟹 ($45),經過油炸之後嘅蟹肉,保持到咬口,味道唔算突出但至少保持到蟹味,整體嚟講係一個幾開胃嘅小食。埋單 $124,其實呢個價位喺大圍算係合理,食物質素高,有啲菜式仲有少少驚喜。如果你鍾意越式風味,想搵啲地方清閒食飯,呢間真係值得試下! continue reading

今次去圍方睇破地獄,不過想食啲平少少嘅嘢,所以去火車站另外一個出口搵食。咁多間舖頭,都有啲人,好彩呢間味道可以之餘,出餐幾快,所以完全趕得切。睇下有咩食先生熟牛肉湯河粉 $69牛肉有肥牛同埋牛腩片,肥牛放多一陣變成半熟,令夠甜嘅牛骨湯底多左少少油份。河粉好滑,如果想多啲香味,可以落少少辣椒碎同埋青柑仔,湯底會更多層次。素春卷撈檬 $68大條春卷切半,份量都大過一般越南春卷。見到裡面材料相當豐富,木耳、甘筍、芋頭粉絲,甚至胡椒都有,淨係無左豬肉碎,口感已經足夠。撈埋酸魚露同蘿蔔絲,非常開胃,可以一路食。香茅雞翼 (2件)$23因為有叫主食,可以跟餐要半份。雞翼炸得乾身香脆,有香茅味。但之前已經食左兩樣好嘢,就唔會覺得好特別啦!香茅沙嗲串燒豬頸肉 (3串)$72沙嗲串燒,同燒豬頸肉都食得多啦!但撈埋一齊都幾特別,因為醬碟好淺,所以點完已經有兩種味道啦!本身豬頸肉燒得乾身爽口,香料味足,所以香茅味唔算好濃味。點沙嗲之後,就會有花生香同微辣嘅感覺,加埋本身嘅香料,成條串燒味道更多層次。蜜糖柑桔冰+$12飲品色水好清澈,仲有幾個青柑仔,應該無落濃縮青檸汁,酸酸甜甜好放心。熱情果梳打+$12半杯熱情果醬,跟一罐玉泉梳打水。其實見到啲核,已經好放心,唔洗講嘢啦!純天然,唔係科技與狠活,呢度起碼有一個,加少少糖,開胃解膩。總數:$256 continue reading

我阿媽不嬲嚟大圍都鍾意食呢間,不過呢間嘅質素的確係幾好!越南嘢嚟講係呢啲價錢,我嗌牛肉湯河,調味超正,原來侍應話全部湯河都係用牛骨煮㗎下午茶嘅話要好晏2:30後,我哋今日就唔會等啦我一定係嗌生牛肉湯河!牛肉份量唔算太少都幾好,金邊粉勁多佢個湯食完都唔會話好口渴,不過都有少少阿媽嗌嘅豬扒撈檬同埋河粉同阿哥一齊試吓,佢個豬扒又係香茅味整得好出色㗎呢間舖頭唔知係咩人開嘅呢,都幾多分店同埋質素OK環境都唔差,仲有獨立廁所侍應嘅服務態度都唔錯平民之選 continue reading
