作為一個越南菜的忠實粉絲,樂見香港的越南餐廳已經不再是千篇一律的快餐模式,有很多已經像今天到訪的餐廳一樣有型有格。Xi Xup位於大圍,是一間越式餐廳加酒吧。我超喜歡它室內的空間感,燈光色調微妙,裝飾一絲不苟,菜還未上已經享受了一頓視覺盛宴。先來試試他們的小吃。燒豬肉米紙卷做得非常乾身,米紙有嚼勁。內藏我最喜愛的粵式燒香腸,惹味!肉鬆烤茄子有驚喜,醬汁和兩樣食材都很搭。魚露雞翼香脆,份量也很大👍最特別的還要數檳榔葉牛肉串燒,一口一件充滿東南亞風味,必試。生牛肉河粉應該是這裏的招牌吧!一大碗份量真的很足,湯底是屬於偏甜的,肉香四溢,該是由牛肉和牛骨長期熬製而成😍生牛肉和腩片都非常新鮮好吃,正宗越南粉粉絲不會失望。吃得飽飽,當然不能不點一杯咖啡滴漏咖啡。咖啡濃而不苦,邊呷着咖啡香邊欣賞餐廳的設計, feel good🥰下次再來還要試試法包和用上很多香料的Cocktail🍹 continue reading
