今日一人午餐又係green Monday, 便去了座落灣仔皇后大道東10號忠利集團大廈地舖的HABITŪ table。餐廳環境舒適，我點了餐湯，牛油果🥑烤雞凱薩沙律$88，而飲品叫了白咖啡。磨菇湯，濃郁磨菇菌味。牛油果🥑烤雞凱薩沙律🥗有avocado, grilled chicken烤雞肉，baby gem, white anchovy 鯷魚 and crispy pancetta。凱薩醬比較嗆同鹹，剛吃下是有點甜甜鹹鹹，而鯷魚香氣增加整個口感味道，非常好味。白咖啡，香醇濃郁，香氣四溢。 continue reading
