週末難得經過筲箕灣,一定要去東大街覓食今次黎到八沢,店舖環境寬敞舒適,佈置都好特別。下午一點多都唔使點等位。一向鍾情黑松露既我,二話不說就揀左黑松露忌廉海鮮烏冬。果然無令我失望成個烏冬份量都唔少,而黑松露亦絕對唔吝嗇!配料有非常厚切既三文魚,仲有幾粒大大粒帆立貝。本身忌廉湯底唔算特別稠,將黑松露撈埋落啲湯度,味道一流。男朋友就揀左安格斯肉眼扒飯。個牛食得出真係高質既安格斯牛,好有咬口,肉汁飽滿。而配搭既特製醬汁好夾又好惹味!我地仲叫左一串牛舌同一串豬頸肉。牛舌燒得好香,厚薄程度岩岩好!但豬頸肉就比較遜色,燒得有點乾。另外叫左杯白桃特飲都唔錯。整體而言,我地係會再encore既,哈哈!

一向鍾情黑松露既我,二話不說就揀左黑松露忌廉海鮮烏冬。果然無令我失望

做完gym去食番餐,去左間小筲箕灣lee間小店試佢一d推介既食物。分別有黑蒜炙燒極濃黑豚肉拉麵,明太子雞翼,同埋冰糖紅棗雪梨茶。冰糖紅棗雪梨茶係店家自己整,飲得出係好天然既感覺,飲落清涼之餘非常足料,有大大塊雪梨同紅棗,甜度適中非常清甜,一路食野一路飲係一流。黑蒜炙燒極濃黑豚肉拉麵個名好覇氣,而湯底煮法亦相當聰明,以清甜唔會過油既猪骨湯作為基礎,再加上極濃味既黑蒜油作為主要調味,黑蒜油有少少似黑松露既味道,夾埋剛好蓋過猪骨湯唔夠香既不足,成為一個新既湯底頗有特色,層次非常豐富,甜而不膩。拉麵質感爽口結實,配答黑豚肉炙燒既火煙味係一個唔錯既配答。黑豚肉油脂適中,唔會係一舊肥肉,而蔥花幼細同爽脆既木耳亦令食一啖拉麵既層次口感得到升級。以一個鍋裝住頗具風味,整體唔錯,不過個名依然有d誇張左。明太子雞翼,不過不失,雞翼係新鮮,不過腌既味道唔夠濃,而明太既咸香味道亦唔夠突出,水準平平,而且雞翼比較少油份,可能個人比較重口味,如果多d油份,至少令雞翼既味道更為突出。埋單加服務費一百五十六蚊,價錢比較高,性價比方面我會期待更好一d, 不過整體係好食既。

首先叫咗個黑松露忌廉烏冬。之前食嘅烏冬都係湯烏冬多,第一次食紀呢個忌廉烏冬。聽到忌廉可能話好似好肥,好濟咁樣,但呢個忌廉唔算話好杰,較湯,味道濃。

我個friend就叫咗個黑蒜豚肉拉麵,望落都好吸引。因為佢唔食蛋嘅,所以我幫佢食咗個蛋。個糖心蛋煮的剛剛好😋😋  個心半生熟 一啖放落口到, 正! 😄
之後我個friend話啲豚肉唔錯,唔會太肥,每一塊都薄薄地,而個湯底味道都幾濃,有好香嘅蒜味,加上個湯底本身都有啲豚肉味,撈埋啲麵,所有嘢加埋一齊唔錯😊😊
