聞起來本身就幾香,將黑松露混入湯底後會更香。
不過建議可以先試試個忌廉湯底之後才將黑松露混落湯。
喝起來奶香味頗重,都算Creamy。扁身的烏冬滿彈牙。
海鮮有兩粒帆立貝都大隻,但三文魚有少許腥。

住在附近,它家的风很大,但我们2个人去吃。平时吃饭也会拍照的,他家真的就没有感觉。去过一次就够了,中规中矩一般般没必要特意去吃,边上的几家都比它好没吃招牌所以也就这样吧晚上去的可能有点早6点,店里没有人,有点吓一跳。其实记得店里有股味道就是那种有点旧旧的味道不喜欢。东西也点了300多还是400来着很久了上个月吃的。2个面先生也不喜欢吃。串烧还可以。其他那边拉面真的没有传得那种神。先生还补了一句诗连锁的好尴尬!

晚上去的可能有点早6点,店里没有人,有点吓一跳。其实记得店里有股味道就是那种有点旧旧的味道不喜欢。东西也点了300多还是400来着很久了上个月吃的。2个面先生也不喜欢吃。串烧还可以。其他那边拉面真的没有传得那种神。先生还补了一句诗连锁的好尴尬!

筲箕灣東大街向來都好出名,好多出名既食肆,唔同國家既美食都有!今日放工就去左呢一間食烏冬好出名既八沢!當日係平日6:30 左右都有7成滿,似乎街坊都會黎呢度食,好多人都係2個人黎食下串燒,傾下計。呢間小店好有feel,內部裝潢係日本小型居酒屋的感覺,環境好舒服,燈光微暗,又無限用餐時間,好岩deep chat。我地兩個人所以叫得2個main~✿《黑松露忌廉海鮮烏冬$98》(★4.5/5)佢最出名嘅就係「黑松露忌廉海鮮烏冬」,係本店連續11年銷量第一位! 一上菜果陣,D忌廉香味就飄散,香噴噴,湯底係以忌廉為主,奶味好重,成個湯底都係奶白色,唔算好濃稠黏糊,所以濃而不膩,而且加左少量香草同大量黑松露! 黑松露俾得好闊綽! 除左湯底好正,佢D烏冬煮得岩岩好,口感好好,滑溜溜! 但唔會好掛麵,要一啖湯加D烏冬咁食~而海鮮方面都係好食,兩隻既帶子及兩塊三文魚!帶子相對上好食! 唔會過老,好鮮嫩,但三文魚相對普通。雖然湯好creamy 唔算太膩,但係一個人食曬成碗都會膩,最好都係同人share 會好D!✿《廣島蠔肉碎烏冬 $ 88》(★4.5/5)見佢都係好多人推介,所以叫左黎試下佢!! 估佢唔到
