想找地方一家四口趕緊在二人限聚令前岀街食一餐 (這半年得一次)東大街常常去,見過八沢多次,不敢走入去,怕太貴,今日膽大試下,竟然有大驚喜🤤價值好好好 reasonable! 我今日點了海鮮掛烏冬,個醬汁好好味好清新好開胃,又靚又好食!這份凍食要大讚,烏冬好彈牙,海鮮好新鮮,眼睛👀嘆完,口腹都大收穫!要再去食多幾款!

行完山去食食這間很多好評的日本餐廳...門牌很難認得,行了很久才搵到這間餐廳。看一看餐牌。一點也不平,set lunch 要70元以上,所謂送熱飲也只有一杯煎茶,凍飲或特飲要加10元。點了set A, 黑松露海鮮忌廉烏冬....等左一陣才來,得2粒帶子和3舊三文魚.....有一堆黑松露,忌廉湯像金寶湯..黑松露味也不濃厚...價錢是88元......老實說,吃不起這價錢了......88元應有更好的選擇。

這家充滿居酒屋格調的小店, 主打的是她的忌廉烏冬, 之前吃過的同類, 湯身都是濃厚得如忌廉醬一樣, 比起沾麵的沾汁更厚身. 像是吃撈烏冬一樣, 這家的忌廉湯底如西餐例湯般水潤, 並不濃厚,?味道較淡, 也許是因為要配合黑松露醬的原故, 只是後者香度不足, 令整體味道有點淡然. 烏冬口感順滑, 海鮮如帶子及三文魚鮮度和味道沒有問題, 如果種類多點就更好. 至於另外點的吉列忌廉鮮奶, 皮夠薄而味道及口感很似大良炸鮮奶, 都幾特別, 但以三十元一個的價錢來說, 有點Overprice就是.

這家充滿居酒屋格調的小店, 主打的是她的忌廉烏冬, 之前吃過的同類, 湯身都是濃厚得如忌廉醬一樣, 比起沾麵的沾汁更厚身. 像是吃撈烏冬一樣, 這家的忌廉湯底如西餐例湯般水潤, 並不濃厚,?味道較淡, 也許是因為要配合黑松露醬的原故, 只是後者香度不足, 令整體味道有點淡然. 烏冬口感順滑, 海鮮如帶子及三文魚鮮度和味道沒有問題, 如果種類多點就更好. 至於另外點的吉列忌廉鮮奶, 皮夠薄而味道及口感很似大良炸鮮奶, 都幾特別, 但以三十元一個的價錢來說, 有點Overprice就是.

去完鶴嘴行山,成身汗好想食啲清清地嘅嘢,於是嚟咗呢度。本身以為呢啲食烏冬嘅新派小店通常都係好細間,人夾人好迫咁坐,入到嚟又唔係啵,仲有卡位添,所以印象分已經加咗。坐低叫咗個大家都推介帶子芥末果醋冷烏冬,一嚟到:嘩~啲帶子超大隻,仲有三隻添!入口冇沙冇粉,都幾新鮮,保留到帶子嘅鮮味,唔錯。呢度用嘅烏冬係幼身扁扁地嘅,本身比較鍾意食粗身讚歧果隻,因為覺得有咬口啲,但呢款幼身嘅又出乎意料地好食,比食過嘅稻庭烏冬爽口少少,用嚟做冷烏冬真係一個好好嘅選擇。好,點一點果醋,原來已經撈咗芥末,撈得非常均勻,味道岩岩好,唔會話一啖辣啲一啖冇咁辣;加上果醋嘅酸酸甜甜,兩者好夾,令成件事更加清新,就好似返咗去日本食最簡單果種冷烏冬咁,唔需要複雜嘅用料同煮法,非常簡單嘅味道,但就因為互相平衡,所以全部食材嘅鮮味都出晒嚟,甚至提升咗,呢種Fresh嘅感覺真係好開胃。雖然只係食咗一樣野,但對呢度嘅感覺好不錯,會再返嚟食。
