作為街坊 通常同家人去茶樓食飯地都會黎客家好棧呢到長期有個晚市三寶($148)分別有半隻雞、炒既魚柳同埋蒸既魚柳而且呢到上菜好快手!!通常5分鐘內一定有一味道黎到雞就通常都最快到雞件好滑身 同埋幾香味道調較得唔錯三寶除左雞 就係兩個唔同烹調方法既魚個人會比較鍾意炒既呢個都幾有鑊氣 同埋配料好多D魚咁樣炒就會比較彈牙 爽口 同埋切得都大塊 有口感!!呢個蒸既 D魚就會比較軟身平時會有埋面根 唔知點解果日冇不過兩碟魚既份量都幾多圍番即係大約$50一個小菜 真心抵!跟蟹加$20叫左個油墨菜又炒得幾香 不過好油下但呢個價錢黎講真係幾大碟下另外仲叫左呢個蟹同荷葉糯米飯佢飯既份量真係意想不到少成咁薄薄一層 我懷疑佢D糯米飯係厚度係1CM都冇而且好濕 口感唔似糯米飯 而D蟹係冇咩味既呢味菜真係得個樣好睇呢個真係不可一不可再 仲要係貴過另外3碟菜都係叫番三寶就夠!

星期天是休息日,與岳父及岳母飲午茶兼午餐,因岳父大人最愛飲茶食點心,而我太太很喜歡吃燒鵝,所以我們開車到附近牛頭角淘大花園的客家好棧飲茶,因那兒的燒鵝不錯,及不用等位太久。剛走進去,就點了燒鵝跟瑶柱蛋白炒飯的孖寶配搭,再點了傳統的鳳瓜、珍珠雞和,馬拉糕。點菜不久,食物就送到,岳母和太太隨即就一口一口的吃燒鵝,邊吃邊說燒鵝味道很香,看上去也不多脂肪。我對燒鵝沒有特別喜好,反而愛吃瑶柱蛋白炒飯,論份量算大,論質感很有咬口,因有炒飯有菜粒,及飯身上乾爽,配上白白的蛋白和絲可見的瑶柱,感覺清新好味,秒速吃了一碗仔,就馬上再添。吃了成碗仔飯才意識到有鳳瓜可吃,但已只剩一隻,夾入口,發覺蒜味濃亦滑,味道不俗。還有一兩塊鮑片和花生伴碟,有創意亦好味。珍珠雞很遲才送到,份量如其名細少,一口便吃掉一件,味道可口,但比較傳統。還有點了一碟魚肉魚蛋生菜,清清地,心理上得到一點平衡。甜品是馬拉糕,外貌不俗,但吃下去有少許膠水味,有點美中不足之感。四個人埋單,約港幣二百七十元,假日來这説不算貴。多謝岳父大人。

食燒鵝唔使特登去到深井咁遠,嚟到淘大嘅客家好棧一樣有好好食嘅燒鵝。今日午飯 ,我特意叫了一客燒鵝瀨粉 ,滿足一下自己食燒鵝嘅慾望。等咗一陣,終於都上菜啦 ,竟然是燒鵝脾。我急不及待夾了一塊,燒鵝色澤均勻,佈滿油光,鵝皮燒燒得非常香脆,咬落去陣陣好香燒鵝油香味 。而且非常厚肉,尚算嫩滑。配上質感厚實的瀨粉。我食完一塊又一塊,真係好好味。好耐無食過咁好味既燒鵝啦!至於其他的點心,都幾好食。我特別欣賞炸雲吞,雲吞皮炸到卜卜脆,入面啲蝦肉呢都係剛剛熟,又爽又滑。

The "fish maw" aka the swim bladder of fishes.Its texture is like the deep fried pig skin which is porous has many small poles on it.

As it is porous,it serves as the sponge soaked up all the essences,juices and sauces of all the ingredients .

The fish maw became so succulent,juicy and rich in flavours even though the bladders hadn't much tastes originally.

The texture of the steamed rice is very similar to those of the clay pot cooked rices which are nicely separated and have some bites.

The steamed fish balls are made by minced mud crap meat with few veges as the side.

The fish ball are quite bouncy.I like these fish balls as they don't contain dried orange peel which has very strong flavours.

The prices of all the morning tea dim sum of Hak Ka Hut are extremely affordable comparing to other Chinese restaurants yet they are all have good tastes.

However,the waiters/waitress are apparently severe outnumbered to the customers which lower the services qualities.It will be much better if the restaurant hires more staffs.

今晚家人沒有在家煮飯,為了方便我們去了屋企樓下既客家好棧用膳,沒有太花巧的菜色。我們點了燒腩仔,椒絲通菜,京都骨和茄子炒牛肉粒,四個白飯本來其實我想叫「魚香茄子煲」,因為好送飯吖嘛,點知個侍應話沒有這樣菜式,只有茄子炒牛肉!雖然茄子炒牛肉既味道不錯,但係我強烈建議應該加返個「魚香茄子煲」這度菜!👍👍

星期四二點下午茶大把位坐 幾年無食過 再食 發現出奇地平!好抵食之餘都幾好味 但個腸粉唔夠滑差D 蘿蔔糕入面既蘿蔔絲都幾多 唔會太粉 但可以煎得再香口D香芋薄撐係無香芋既🙈間酒樓出名燒鵝試左個燒鵝米線又真係幾好食 燒鵝惹味 米線清淡 $18~ 正最好笑係嗌左個炸兩蝦腸 無諗過原來係分開1條蝦2條炸兩 埋單好似都百幾蚊🙄

當我們聊到:「咦!你地屋企果邊多唔多野食架?」多,當然多,最近的商場我諗都有十幾廿間,主菜到甜品,中式到西式日式……多羅羅。未計行遠少少,大概加加埋埋四五十間都有可能,唔係講笑。「咁有冇邊間你覺得好好食?」呃……基本上……其實我本來就喜歡多作嘗試,就算很好吃也盡量要自己發掘新事物。  這次臨急臨忙,放工放學後一起去附近外食,其實,頗難得的。吃的是一直說近得可以,優惠推廣又多的客家好棧。以前這舖位到底是吃什麼的呢?忘了,不過沒關係,新來的也許不錯。雖說是稻香集團旗下,但沒有去吃這品牌餐店,新鮮感還是存在的。  適逢當時推廣,暖熱吸引又十分低價的熱鍋,怎可不點?款式多多,葷的有,素的都有,我們先點的是栗子炆雞煲 $38。店內總是滿座,難得入座點菜後,都等了很久很久很久,食物才上桌。不過,平價,又夠熱,加上一看就知道的足料,也就稍為妥協了。栗子外表已經只有醬汁的味道,幸好咬開到中心還有點點栗味。雞肉不乾韌,未會炆到柴口,脂肪不算太多,吃著惹味而不肥膩。  接下來還有香菇仔豬手煲 $38,也是意外地多料。豬皮香嫩入味,清得只剩摺位少許的毛根,大部分都是乾乾淨淨的。這回則是大啖膠質,脂肪位不腥臊

  接下來還有香菇仔豬手煲 $38,也是意外地多料。豬皮香嫩入味,清得只剩摺位少許的毛根,大部分都是乾乾淨淨的。這回則是大啖膠質,脂肪位不腥臊,調味亦得宜。熱辣辣教人吃得爽快,如此價位的確抵食,馬上想再點再點。

  表示不能沒有菜的媽媽還是點了個欖角肉末四季豆 $58。神奇吧?上述那麼多料多肉的煲仔還比這菜便宜。好在這碟都不輸蝕,鹹香夠味,四季豆點點的清甜猶在,雖說有點油啦。香口肉碎加少少欖角清香,如果再加些少辣就一定吃得停不了。

  自家甜品,最有特色的莫過於鴛鴦茶棵 $25這一道,一來就半打起。白白的,中間添上一點紅,包的是鹹味餡料如眉豆。外皮不硬實,煙韌富嚼勁,當中帶有輕微一絲甜,跟內餡成了對比。

  這個是甜的了,以葉包起,但好像沒有怎樣吸收到葉香就是了。內餡是甜甜綿綿的南瓜餡,味清自然不濁,不是單靠糖去調出來的甜,入口吃著更舒適。這款外皮更為軟糯細綿,沒有那麼滯胃,是我們較愛的一款。
 不至於要一吃再吃的美味,但就著價錢及質素,性價比來得合心。只是如果機緣巧合下再會,可以速度快些少,也不要漏單的話……至少不需要由七點食到十點才能回家,那就已經改善不少了。話說最近好像又有煲仔及小菜的優惠,隨興小聚還是可以接受啦。
