今天在金鐘吃個簡單午餐,老公提議不如吃一風堂,小妹一向不太好拉麵,但都有一段日子沒吃,就拉麵吧!我們被安排坐在梳化位置,但與隔鄰的位置相距甚近,小妹不太喜歡。 名古屋雞翼($38),外皮脆,肉質算是嫩滑,味道惹味。 一風堂餃子($58),餃子外皮未夠香脆,餡料算Juicy,水準保持。 特製白丸拉麵($88),麵身有口感,湯底為豬骨湯,有豬骨味道,但就是未見突出,鮮味欠奉。 特製赤丸新味拉麵($88),白丸跟赤丸的不同之處就是赤丸加了辣醬,味道不算太辣,小妹這個BB辣程度也能吃,由於份量太小了,老公加了麵底($4),以這個推廣價錢,算是不錯。 南非茶布甸($25),味道有點像喜馬拉亞茶的味道,以特製的楓糖漿淋面,味道清甜,布甸口感軟滑。

一風堂曾是食店中排隊店之一,今時今日未見人龍,可能因為太多競爭對手吧!我掛住一風堂,不是拉麵,是其他食物星期日,11:30便到達食店,窗口位是首選,坐下來,翻開menu,有少許新菜式,但不是太吸引!!所以,我們照常叫了拉麵,博多飯,餃子,菠菜湯,味道仍然保持水準,每樣細細碟,可以選擇多款美食品嚐下個人評分食物:B環境:C服務:B一風堂已存在一段日子,有點殘舊,如果能翻新食店,我想更能留住食客! 還有....木餐具已用多時,應該要換換啦!

Went there with my friend for a happy lunch after the holiday.I ordered the spicy soup ramen, add $ to top up as a full set - bottled Japanese style fruity juice & chicken wingsAlso ordered an Avocado salad on the side, it is different from what I had 2 years agoWonder if the menu has been changed. Anyway, it still tastes nice, but not as good as before.

Causeway Bay 多左好多拉麵店,今次叫了一碗很特別的拉麵因為係時令推薦,叫「混麵」,是以一堆配料,當中有生蛋,不同既菜等等,加上一個觸特既汁,好好味呀,食落層層口感好豐富,濃味適中,仲有蛋香味,一流。很適合我係熱天唔想食熱湯底又想食拉麵既最好選擇值得食不過雖然有個免費加大個麵既promotion,但對我來說加大左只是岩岩好。想象唔到正常會有幾多麵。服務方面就一般啦,有服務員帶D沈沈黑黑的態度,可以留意下。

小編對一風堂既感覺一向都比對x蘭的好,因為可能感覺上一風堂無禁濫or high class D,就算去到日本,一風堂既拉麵都好似比一蘭的好食。不過講返香港,今日食銅鑼灣呢間既一風堂,佢碗拉麵係唔差既,都好有日本既感覺,我諗都係可以滿足到鐘意食拉麵既朋友,但佢既小食就真係比較一般。** 特製赤丸新味 $88** 名古屋風雞翼 $38呢個雞翼本身對佢既期望都幾高,因為雞翼其實都比較難會唔好食,不過佢呢個就做得好油,出面層炸粉厚,第一啖食落去油膩之餘又厚粉,感覺已經唔太舒服。而味道就只係得出面塊皮有濃厚既頭油醬油味,肉入面係無味既。其實都心諗,可能名古屋雞翼係禁既呢,不過禁岩小編同一位禁岩去完名古屋旅行既朋友去食。。。。聽佢講完。。就知了😂
