平安夜行尖沙咀,無意間發現街尾呢間八海山,好像以前響銅鑼灣開過記憶幾好食,見無Christmas set menu 同min charge, 就一試。叫左箱壓壽司同泡菜豬肉鍋,兩個都滿意。壽司雖比出面一般食貴d,但係幾好食泡菜鍋份量算多,豬肉肉質不錯,加埋泡菜正,係抵食之選。裝修雖然有啲舊,但都叫坐得舒服,而且人唔算多,唔逼,所以都可以接受。係前菜每人收咗$20 ,有少少貴。但整體來講,係尖沙咀係抵食之選 ,值得一試👍👍

今日happy Friday, 決定同同事出去食豪d (最重要係咁岩大家都無飯帶)。兩個都想食日本野,就去八海山。一點去到,得兩枱有客,火速有位,一座低就俾熱毛巾我地抹手先,相當細心。放低餐牌我地望緊之際竟然先上前菜俾我地食住睇,係一份沙律同一份日式蒸蛋,賣相都相當不錯,沙律落佐醋,相當清新,蛋就好滑。我點佐個日式牛肉火窩定食,同事就叫佐個網燒牛肉定食。上菜都算快,大概等佐十分鐘左右。火窩料好足,雖然唔係俾埋爈一齊上,但真係好足料又夠熱,呢個價錢滿分,唯一唔滿足係飯小佐d.同事都好滿意佢個網燒牛肉,雖然佢等得比我耐,但講緊都係三個字左右,有兩塊薄牛肉,有沙律菜伴碟,所以總覺得日式菜好多細節都好細心又健康。牛肉燒到岩岩好,同事俾我試食,真心正,下次我都會點黎食,雖然有點貴,但真係一分錢 一分貨呢度都暫時係尖沙咀食lunch 一諗起日本菜的首選

因大部分生冷食物我都不可以涉足,於是特意點了碗飽肚的牛肉烏冬。用一大碗盛載而來,薄片的牛肉呈半生熟的狀態,想用湯來浸熟一點,可惜湯處於微熱狀態,只能讓牛肉僅僅熟。烏冬雖然未算很彈牙,不過也沒有煮得過腍軟,份量也挺多,足夠2-3人分享。

食物款式較似屋台、平民料理店,沒有太講究的花巧,樸實無華的家庭菜式;可能是較貼近家鄉的味道,加上過時的裝修、追不上時代的服務,停留於那個時光中,也許是許多日本人漂泊到異鄉後對家鄉寄掛之情,所以在港的日本人多為光顧。
可惜以這種經營之道於香港是難以立足,尤其香港人的胃口是給嬌縱慣了,日本菜於香港更簡直是總有一間在左近,想俘虜香港人的舌頭,還是於環境、服務、食物上加把勁吧!

午飯時間尖沙咀間間食肆都多人,如果只係人少少,去八海山最好,基本上一定有位的。點了一個雜錦魚生飯,跟餐有前菜沙律、茶碗蒸、麵豉湯及飲品沙律是黑醋汁加沙律蔬菜、車厘茄的配搭,菜也頗新鮮的,作為一個開胃前菜合格有餘了。蒸蛋的份量好像比從前少了,現在只得半杯,不過同樣是十分滑溜。雜錦魚生飯上會有很大份量的魚子,可以將魚子灑滿白飯上面,拌勻一起進食。魚生份量也挺多,而沒有我不喜歡的希靈魚帶子有甜味,沒有刻意薄切油甘魚+三文魚有魚香味八爪魚煮得剛剛好,不會overcooked以致很難咬,吃起上來也是有汁的。完成一個全餐後就真的很飽了,所以我選了橙汁來消滯。
