又到左星期一啦....個人永遠都好似好禿廢, 因為又到番工時間到左夜晚, 約左幾個朋友去聚下, 傾下計當休息, 哈哈講下講下就去到寶勒巷, 大大個招牌寫到八海山二話不說就入左去, 坐低之後侍應就比餐牌同茶首先未野食就比個餐前小食估都估唔到係香芋丸咸咸地滑滑地, 芋味幾濃滑蛋黑豚定食蛋好食, 黑豚小小脆口, 飯味香麵豉湯麵豉味足, 湯算濃, 海帶帶出湯既清甜炸雞軟骨係我至愛, 炸到外脆, 好有咬口,唔同平時出面街食既軟骨, 有少少雞肉明太子蛋卷明太子算多, 可見相中明太子滿哂蛋味濃, 明太子好濃味, 好食~

我們靚女美食團一行4人,走到尖沙嘴寶勒行日式料理店食飯,位置絶不隱蔽我們 7:00 入座,這裡以日式居酒屋裝潢!舒適優雅!餐廳店員有幾位是日本人,而且隔離房幾檯的客人都係日本人當晚包房,環境寧靜!日本人喜歡在異地食番自己覺得較正宗的日本菜,証明這店好正宗女店員安排我們到靠牆的一張 4人桌子!我們安坐後,便看看餐牌有什麼適合大家口味,打開餐牌,供應刺身、卷物、壽司、串燒、一品料理...等。在尖沙咀區來說,價錢合理!女店員說店子有不少食材由日本新鮮運到!店員不時為食客添茶水,桌上已備有餐具及濕紙巾,服務相當貼心!先叫豆腐沙律,嫩滑豆腐配上爽脆多汁沙律菜,整個沙律清爽期待的刺身牡丹蝦味道果然十分鮮甜,肉質帶應有的黏口而且富彈性,感覺相當不錯吞拿魚魚油超香,肉嫩無渣,魚香濃郁而不俗套吞拿魚腩粉嫩而油脂紋理縱橫交錯,相當密集,入口即溶油甘魚色澤紅潤,鮮甜肥美,魚肉夾雜一些筋位,頗有咬口海膽味道鮮甜質感軟綿綿,香味慢慢擴散,夠濃郁甘甜深海池魚厚得頗厚,味道同樣清而鮮,口感豐富綠茶雪糕

牡丹蝦味道果然十分鮮甜,肉質帶應有的黏口而且富彈性,感覺相當不錯
吞拿魚魚油超香,肉嫩無渣,魚香濃郁而不俗套
吞拿魚腩粉嫩而油脂紋理縱橫交錯,相當密集,入口即溶
油甘魚色澤紅潤,鮮甜肥美,魚肉夾雜一些筋位,頗有咬口
海膽味道鮮甜質感軟綿綿,香味慢慢擴散,夠濃郁甘甜
深海池魚厚得頗厚,味道同樣清而鮮,口感豐富

牛油果軟殻蟹卷,蟹食入口唔覺得油,份量都幾大碟,我哋兩個人都食到好飽。
順帶一提,佢哋有個飲酒嘅放題,佢哋五點半開始都係$88某特定幾種酒可以任飲,如果想食埋野就要六點鐘之後先可以嚟啦,咁另外仲有啲錢財收返$20加埋一,大概都係$130左右,適合一啲收咗工又鍾意飲酒嘅人過嚟。

早左收工,搵下有咩地方可以happy hour ,見到$88任飲,仲可食下日本菜就決定食八海山。餐廳都幾大,以木製傢私為主,傳統日式既裝飾,入到去仲見到好多人用日文傾計。前菜個外型好似魚蛋,但原來係薯仔/芋頭小丸子,口感軟糯,少少甜之外帶著醬油既咸香。任飲原來好多選擇,可以揀任飲啤酒、清酒等等。蔥吞拿魚腩卷外觀撲實冇咩特別,但味道非常好。一入口就食到吞拿魚腩蓉美味,非常肥美,但唔會油膩,鮮明既蔥香有微微辣加上少少芝麻既香味,同吞拿魚蓉好夾。牛舌質素超高,非常爽彈,厚度剛好,一咬落去有豐富既汁爆出黎,牛舌上面只有簡單的黑椒同鹽調味,但整體味道極佳。雞肉丸子非常香口,入面充滿水份,配上甜甜的醬油燒烤醬,好好食。串燒雞肉充滿灰火燒烤既香味,雞肉肥美,配上燒到香哂既蔥,好好食。
